I had to have half my thyroid removed at the age of 25. &amp;nbsp;I had rheumatoid arthritis since the age of 16. &amp;nbsp;With the amalgam removal, the arthritis vanished. &amp;nbsp;The doctor won&amp;#39;t even speak to me after the I-131 treatment refusal. &amp;nbsp;Some doctors are such buttheads.&lt;/p&gt;
