Arizona, a rare... but manageable condition that has to do with the thoracic area of the spine....between the shoulder blades...I call it a thoracic twist...you will not be in pain...but a slight pressure on all the nerve bundles in that area will gradually build until the impeded signals via the nervous sytem...trigger a muscle spasm of the ventricular muscles....thus the heart attack...I have had three....and several mini-strokes as well...

I discovered the management of this scenario quite acidentally...

This derives from the hips...when sitting... are not level...by even 1/4 inch...as the way to detect this scenario...

I have managed to stop all my "heart attacks" with this methodology.

With all due respect to Dr. Mercola...the protocal has been written less than one year ago...I am the man wrote it...

That will give you a location to be focused upon...it reqiures daily management of above 5 minutes tops.

I have use dthis methodology to reverse carpal tunnel syndrome...raynauds phenomina....IBS...and many circulatory issues of the body....

WellnessMom...around 1990 my mother developed symptoms of fibromyalgia and the doctors went through the same guessing game I hear that most patients go through...it is Lupis...it is MS, along with multiple medications. The doctors as well as the patients want a single cause and as with most conditions today they will probably not find it. Eighteen years ago after much research I thought the MAIN cause was aspartame (nutrasweet), and still do. The timing is perfect, (diet drinks hit the market very heavy in the late 1980's), and women drank most of them. Now aspartame is in over 5000 products, including children's chewable vitamins ! However, stress, medications, and other factors probably contribute also making it more difficult to diagnose. If you are interested you should pick up one of the several books that has since come out on aspartame poisioning

And how do you cut "stress" out of your life when your adrenals are going full-throttle courtesy of the wireless boom? I have microwave sickness and feel like I'm dying 24/7.

Even if you take the most lean and juicy piece of veal and stick it in the microwave for 43 years, yeah, eventually it will shrivel up and dry out irrespective of its diet and attitude.

It's great to put the responsibility of a person's health on the individual, but then we should be given all of the controls to succeed. And right now, I have almost zero control over my exposure to electromagnetic and microwave fields - because they are EVERYWHERE.

The honeybees and bats though are on my side thankfully.

Just to update ....... I was going to a chronic fatigue doctor that put me on WAY TOO much liothyronine

(T3). This was to diminish my RT3 and turn it into usable T3. I was on 100 mcgs. and I am 54 years old.

This is not appropriate. He also was not compassionate, understanding or intune. So yes stress caused me to go over the edge from my so called "doctor" His corporate office is investigating his manner and practices as the result.

Speaking as a happily married woman who adores and is adored by her wonderful husband, I find it amusing that some of you blame feminism for the current ills of society. It's BECAUSE of feminism that I was free to choose my husband, free to say no to the potentially dangerous men who wanted to date me, and finally, the biggie, I was free to wait until I was nearly thirty to marry. I haven't even mentioned the right to education (flawed as it was) or health care, including birth control. Feminism is not the answer, though, any more than chauvinism. If people would do their best to treat themselves right, then each other right a lot of problems would be averted. And by right I mean beginning with respect for everyone's civil rights. Be the stay at home mom or dad, be the worker bee, do what makes you happy and well and allow the same for others.

I married at 20 and now 41 years later my sweetie and I "still argue, still disagree, still get mad, still have different views on a lot of things". Thru thick and thin he's mine and I'm his and we'd die for each other. No looking back, no digging up the past and no below the belt hits.

He treats me as I treat him (do unto others...) if he's not nice I tell him so in no uncertain terms and he does the same. That's the way it should be.

Bottom line, There WILL be stress, there WILL be disagreements, there WILL be different viewpoints.

Life's a beach, swim for it (its good exercise) :-) smell those roses before they fade.

You have to really CHOOSE to be mad or upset or angry or resentful. No one can MAKE you any of those things. If you don't like his opinion, tell him in an "I" message and let it go. (I don't like that or I don't agree or I think differently) you don't HAVE to challenge, win or be on top to voice an opinion and let it go.

I do love being the "woman of the house" but it doesn't mean I can't be a "woman of business" too. Men hate housework (is it because they feel emasculated? but why? single dads do it and who says they're sissies? ) so you have to show them how much you do and ask if his job is harder than your (double job) outside the home and in the home. Maybe his father taught him not to consider a "woman's work real work". Who knows?

If you remember when you had your first child, if your mom didn't come the house was probably a mess before you got out of bed the first time at home with the new baby because hubby either didn't want to or didn't know what to do to clean up (go ahead and laugh) most of you know it's true. White things turned pink in the laundry etc. All the pots were dirty if he cooked and stacked in the sink for you to clean later.

Laugh and go on it's not worth making yourself sick over it. Gently hint and sometimes forcefully state but go on and "don't worry be happy". LOL JUST LOL it's so much more fun.

Next year when the man is finally well, if the wife follows the docros advice, the cartoon will have the wife sitting in the old man's place and the doctor saying to the man..

Your wife will die if you don't help her to eliminate some of her stress. Help her by helping her fix nutritious meals, help her with the dishes, kids and the laundry. Take her out for dinner and a movie once a week, stop making her have sex three times a week. Comliment her for how hard she is working to make you, happy and healthy. Be good friends to each other.
