I started with Omnivore's Dilema and have recently finished An Eater's Manifesto. I am now reading what I believe is his first book, Second Nature.

An Eaters Manifesto should be read by everyone. I just wanted to second Dr. Mercola's recommendation.

If you cannot pronounce it, don't eat it. Of course anyone on this site probably already knows this. The problem is getting others to believe it.
