Heparin is the same thing that's used as warfarin, to kill rats by causing internal bleeding till they die.they just changed the name. it's also used to control migraine headaches. interesting huh.C.Dycke

Ron Paul may not win in the "primaries", but it is at the convention in September where he must win! There are more than enough delegates to the republican convention that don't want John McCain to have Ron Paul win there! Find out who your delegates are and either vote for the Ron Paul supporters or make it known that Ron Paul is the choice for president that the People need. This is how you put feet to your prayers!

BTW Barak Obama is no better.

The FDA is doing an excellent job of employing SWAT teams to protect us from Vitamin B12 injections, not to mention the phenomenal accomplishment of protecting us from Trytophan (which might reduce dependence on sleeping pills).

The only place I saw the old news article was from a vaccine activist site:

China EXECUTED their equivalent of the head of their FDA for misconduct.

Here in the US we just excute the patients.

I can't believe anyone trusts the FDA any more. I sure don't.

After reading many articles here, and especially _Seeds of Deception_ by Jeffrey Smith, it's pretty clear that the FDA has become a revolving door, or a step up the corporate ladder, for Monsanto employees.....they leave Monsanto, go to work at the FDA just long enough to get the next toxic product approved, then return to a bigger and better job at Monsanto, reward for a "job well done."

Anyone who believes they can trust the FDA probably also believes the sun revolves around the earth (another of the stories in today's newsletter).

Dear Dr Mercola & Community

I am new to this community but have been following the newsletters and articles for a few years now, and am campaigning through my online shop against aspartame use in the UK (there is a petition on the Downing St website too).

Does anyone know if this scare regarding heparin is applicable to heparin in the UK? And if any effects could be long term and not apparent in the short term?

I had to inject heparin daily during 2 of my 3 pregnancies and also on various occasions in the last 12 years when I was more suseptible to having a blood clot, eg when having operations, etc. This is because I had a clot on my lung at 22years old, when I also received 3 weeks of continuous high-dosage heparin administration.

I am worried that all this heparin I have had, and also that my children have been subject to before birth, may have underlying effects that may not be apparent yet??

Confused & Worried........

I was highly disturbed by a previous article stating cloned meat may soon be in our food supply - so I e-mailed my senator. The response I got?

"Please rest assured our food supply is in the hands of the FDA, ensuring quality and safety"

HA! HA! HA!

Looks like I'll be voting for someone else the next time around!

Interested in how much of your tax dollars the FDA has to work with? Go to their site at www.fda.gov. You will find their budget under Hot Topics on the right side of the page. It's public information.
It's disturbing to me to know that they conduct campaigns of terror initiated against natural healers,
nutritional supplement companies and other organizations - dressing themselves in full armor and wielding weapons! What do they expect? Being attacked by a bottle of vitamins?
A few years ago, they closed one of MY favorite stores. And I've noticed that many of the potencies have been cut in half, thereby lessening the healing affect.

Too bad FDA officials aren't elected or impeachable. To whom are they accountable? And if the FDA doesn't prevent pharmaceutical abuses, and they seem to have a hand in the problems that surface ... Can anyone remind me what the FDA is good for?

We really do need Ron Paul for President in 2008. We need someone willing to help us rein in our "government" agencies that are out of control and a waste of our hard earned taxpaying money. The only reason I can see that US businesses do any business with China is for the cheap labor source and so their corporate profits will be higher. It sure isn't about safety and high quality consumer goods.
