First of all, I have two water filters, Wellness, and Vitalizer Plus. Vitalizer Plus add minerals and magnetics while whirling the water around for so many minutes (I use 27 mins to do this). That seems like a good idea to add the minerals and then whirling it around seems to undo the harmful effect of staying in pipes, water is not supposed to be confined to pipes.

I once called the Wellness Company and asked them whether Wellness took out fluoride. They responded that their water filter stabilizes the water and did not take out the fluoride. Stabilizes the water, what does that mean???? Well, I am a bread baker, and I found that the Wellness water killed my sourdough starter, so how can it be good for me?

So now I am on a search to find out which is the best water to get home delivered in 5 gallon jugs. I searched out Mountain Spring Valley water, which uses a glass container and seems to have a good water, but is only 52 miles from a nuclear plant. They say they test for 187 elements in the water and have a link to those test results, but the list is missing a substantial amount of the 187, and many of the items are listed twice. They say that the small amount of fluoride is the natural kind, not the toxic by-product of nuclear and aluminum factories but will show the proof that they have tested for such things a hexofluoride. What are they hiding? Should I purchase distilled water and add the minerals back in and also use the Vitalizer Plus on the water? And why can't I get distilled water in glass bottles?

I wish we had a government that protected us. I wish our government loved their people. But they don't, in fact if they don't hate us all, they sure are acting like they do by allowing such problems as toxic water.

Can anyone, help me? What does Dr. Mercola suggest is the best kind of water to consume?

He is vegan, and does not supplement with minerals, not much anyway. He feels eating natural organic produce, avoiding meat, will give him all he need. Nor does he drink any tea, which might have given him minerals. Well, although for the 25 years I have known him, he always looked clean to the bone, and he is naturally skinny. But, starting 5 years ago, he had to stop exercising due to muscle cramps. In the past year he appears to have aged 20 years, and he is only 67. I beg him to supplement aggressively with mineral, and while he might agree, it does not last long. He is now shriveled, stooped posture, and must often use a cane. It sure seems to me that this dramatic health reversal is somehow related to lack of minerals. But, I don't know what to think now; is there anything a person that depleted can take to quickly restore minerals after 30 years of only distilled water? I doubt it.

I use distilled water and I am a healthy 70 years old. My two daughters are 4 ½ and 2 ½ years old and they are vibrant and intelligent. I have used distilled water for more than ten years. However, I add minerals to the distilled water, use vitamin and mineral supplements. In addition, my diet is more alkaline than acid. I test my body’s alkalinity twice a week.

My blood pressure is 125/70; pulse 66. My 24-hour fasting blood glucose is 90. I do not measure cholesterol because people using prescription drugs are at a greater risk of dying. In addition, I use 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 2,500 IU of mixed tocopherols a day. I thumb my nose at those recent bogus reports about vitamin E and vitamins in general. The drug companies and the medical doctors want you to believe their constant lies.

I have found www.teasetc.com and www.specialteas.com to be excellent sources of fresh, high-quality, organic green teas at reasonable prices.

Always get organic.

Chinese teas have consistently higher caffeine than Japanese teas.

Subsequent steepings with the same leaves will have lesand less caffeine, but never none at all.

A French-press-type coffee maker is ideal for brewing a day's worth of tea.

Pay close attention to steeping time and water temperature for best results.

Enjoy liberally!

H2O is pure. No health problems. Feel great. Look younger than my years, people tell me. Still have my hair and teeth. Own roofing/construction company. Still working, climbing ladders and roofs and lifting heavy loads, even though I don't have to. The secret to the water is you have to drink enough to stay hydrated. One-half your body weight in ounces per day. Science proves you can only absorb amino acid chelated minerals at the cellular level, not dissolved solids (rocks and metals). So I supplement with them. Some of the many things I eat are meat, eggs, butter, lard, tallow, pure coconut oil.and balanced EFAs. Low carbs most of the time. NO COLAS of any kind. I avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup, and many other foods and additives too numerous to mention. Anyway, I feel great!! I am not trying to convince you to do what I do but only relating my experience.
