I first learned about fermented foods when I attended my first Weston A. Price convention in Virginia a few years ago. I thought I knew alot, but I was bowled over by what I learned at that convention. Everybody was excited to go to the lactofermented foods workshops, and there was a lot of discussion about this. I noticed people munching on those sausages, people without any weight problems.

In Sally Fallen's lecture I learned how people the world over have cultured foods in all kinds of ways for thousands of years, and the great health benefits of doing this. Bacteria are not all bad, by any means.
