I was just re-reading some of the comments, and I'm sure that probably no one will read this. But I just had to express my sorrow for people who blame God for the bad things that happen in the world (Darfur). The world He created was perfect, it is we who have destroyed so much of what was beautiful. But thank God there is still much in His creation to be admired!

I just saw the movie Hoot based on the book of the same title about a three young adults who fight to keep a mega food chain from building upon land where some endangered owls burrow in the ground and live and raise their young. I just love animals and this movie inspired me to plant a butterfly garden this summer!

We should be on our knees in gratitude for this earth we call 'home' instead of killing it. Will we never learn to live in harmony, not only with each other, but with this good earth and all of its inhabitants? I am so grateful to be alive to see it as it is now because I really don't think it's gonna survive us.

Okay to the 3 of you giving me thumbs down for my comment on Lydia's Elephant youtube - think about this. This site is dedicated to our health and well-being. We share this plant with all the creatures of the earth. There health and well-being is predicated by them living according to their naturals laws, as is ours. But, I love you guys anyway - on so many other subjects, I am in awe of your knowledge and interest in living healthy - But on this one, we must agree to disagree teehee - Nameste

How wonderful that your female and pup seal lions are from Elizabeth Bay, Española in the Galá;pagos Islands. I have been there several times and look at them fondly, expecting to go back soon.

Truly wonderful photographs... Yesterday, I wished that I had a good camera handy as I watched two Bald Eagles mating in a tree behind my home in Alexandria, Virginia, next to the Potomac River... They were simply majestic...

And, yes, the manatee's tail is sliced as well as it's belly from a boat propeller...sad... But, on top of God giving us all of these wonderful animals to live with here on Earth, He also gives all of us the power of healing and renewing...of recovering from wounds... Truly, God is good....
