THE FEDERAL RESERVE FRAUD

The first misconception that most people have is that the Federal Reserve Bank is a branch of the US government. IT IS NOT. THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK IS A PRIVATE COMPANY. Most people believe it is as American as the Constitution. THE FACT IS THE CONSTITUTION FORBIDS IT'S EXISTENCE. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution states that Congress shall have the power to create money and regulate the value thereof, NOT A BUNCH OF INTERNATIONAL BANKERS! Today the FED controls and profits by printing WORTHLESS PAPER, called money, through the Treasury, regulating its value, AND THE BIGGEST OUTRAGE OF ALL, COLLECTING INTEREST ON IT! (THE SO-CALLED NATIONAL DEBT). The FED began with approximately 300 people or banks that became owners, stockholders purchasing stock at $100 per share - the stock is not publicly traded) in the Federal Reserve Banking System. They make up an international banking cartel of wealth beyond comparison. The FED banking system collects billions of dollars in interest annually and distributes the profits to its shareholders. The Congress illegally gave the FED the right to print money through the Treasury at no interest to the FED.

The FED creates money from nothing, and loans it back to us through banks, and charges interest on our currency. The FED also buys Government debt with money printed on a printing press and charges U.S. taxpayers interest. Many Congressmen and Presidents say this is fraud. Who actually owns the Federal Reserve Central Banks? The ownership of the 12 Central banks, a very well kept secret, has been revealed: 1. Rothschild Bank of London 2. Warburg Bank of Hamburg 3. Rothschild Bank of Berlin 4. Lehman Brothers of New York 5. Lazard Brothers of Paris 6. Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York 7. Israel Moses Seif Banks of Italy 8. Goldman, Sachs of New York 9. Warburg Bank of Amsterdam 10. Chase Manhattan Bank of New York.

These bankers are connected to London Banking Houses which ultimately control the FED.

Thanks to Dr. Mercola for this wonderful site.

As a politically active Canadian it pains me to see my good neighbour under such stress at this time; BUT never say die. The USA has some very politically active persona scattered in the land and if you, everyone of you here in this site, go to your elected official and volunteer to do whatever you can, or will do, it will make your land that much richer and make you feel good. Then persuade your friends and neighbours to do the same! I have been active behind my Member of the Legislative Assembly [Provincial] for years and he has become popular because he is # one; honest and #2; accountable to the people. Because hundreds of volunteers (over 500) helped him, he stays honest and accountable, lol.

My apologies I cannot recall what may be your state legislators other than Governor, but I would think any of your elected official/s you like, would be the person/s to assist.

Think positive. Blessed be.

Cheers, Faye

We have a long recession ahead, ten years or longer. Gold is okay but silver has a much higher upside and is predicted to vastly outperform gold as far as actual gain in value. The dollar's value is falling while the price of goods, especially food and energy, is increasing. This is hyperinflation. BTW, take physical possession of your silver, store it in a safe or safe spot, and hold it. Do not tell anyone. Good luck.

Just one comment people need to understand. The U.S. is not a democracy...it was formed as a Constitutionally Limited Republic. Even the founding Fathers were against democracy. In its true form, democracy is simply mob rule. Once a majority takes control, nobody elses views and ideas are accepted. This again, leads to tyranny. Whoever leads the mob, has power over everyone. You'll note that in neither the Constitution nor the Declaration of Independence is the word democracy found. The Constitution protects the rights of everyone, including minorities, preventing a "mob rule' situation. The Constitution also limits the powers of government specifically to those explained in it. Unfortunately, government (as Jefferson warned) has and will find ways to increase their powers. As a virtually non-vigilant public, we have allowed (most haven't even noticed) the continued loss of liberties.

Rolls Royce still have the longest waiting list for new cars that they've had in years. There is an actual shortage of fancy hotel suites in Barbados, Mauritius, and other playgrounds of the priveleged and uncaring - they're all off playing and waiting out the storm! Then they'll start buying failing companies at knock-down rates and make their next few billion.

The last time we saw massive fortunes like this made was in the Industrial Revolution. A top banker earning $3mln a year used to be a huge deal but suddenly there were guys earning $100mln. It used to be normal to charge around 1/5% of the profit, but these private equity and hedge fund groups offered gigantic profits and charged 20% commission!! Usually in addition to 1 or 2% for just managing the funds (so they could make mistakes and still take home loads of cash). And if one fund failed they had enough contacts, enough greedy acquaintances to start up new ones. It's buying up and repackaging business for obscene profits.

The big banks wanted a slice of this so set up similar deals to attract/keep whizz-kid employees. In a rising economy, the more you leverage the more profit you make so everyone was borrowing like crazy and banks needed cash to satisfy the market. With interest rates set even lower by the US post 11 Sept,, there was less in savings accounts. So they went after the subprime market; then repackaged those bad loans and sold them as 'triple A' rated investments!!

We had mistaken souls saying "Yay! Free market!" and regulators helping. Of course governments had to help when it went wrong, partly to prevent the catastrophic social consequences but partly because decision-makers had THEIR money invested in similar funds.

Damien Hurst's "For the Love of God" artwork - real skull encrusted with 8,601 diamonds - is a real sign of the times.

I am sick and tired of hearing about all those poor people losing their homes. There are people in this mess who were taken advantage of, but the majority of them gambled on home prices rising and they lost. They knowingly bought homes they couldn't afford because they were greedy. How about all the flippers who got caught in this mess? Do you want your tax dollars to go to bail those people out too? Our government is going to step in and reward people for irresponsible behavior and the people who acted responsibly by only buying a home they could afford will get screwed. Let's talk about all those bleeding heart politicians complaining and demanding that banks make it easier for high-risk borrowers to get loans. Those same politicians are now complaining that those same banks took advantage of people.

There's plenty of blame to go around here, but let's stop pretending that all of the people losing or getting ready to lose their homes are innocent victims. I only have compassion for the few who are, but most are not! You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that an ARM is a risky loan and that housing prices couldn't keep rising forever. What goes up, must come down!

The government should stay the heck out of it and let the market readjust on its own. The only thing they should be doing is encouraging banks to renegotiate loans for some of the people caught up in this mess. I'm sure Ron Paul would agree.
