Seems once I master a profession, I easy get bored and that leads to a not-so-good attitude towards going to work everyday. One thing that does help is to change the location where I work, but that is not always possible (or feasible). &amp;nbsp;So I usually endure the &amp;quot;torture&amp;quot; while at the same time feel I must stay productive no matter what my mental state happens to be. &amp;nbsp;Reading helpful antidotes as listed above does help somewhat.&lt;/p&gt;
