nut milk, banana, stabilized rice bran(looks like pablum but tastes better and is a rich source of Vitamin E), ground flax, raw coconut flakes, soaked and then dehydrated nuts (walnuts usually), crisp apple pieces, a small handful of raisons, cinnamon, hemp protein powder and good oil of your choice (I use Udo's DHA oil from cooler in health store). Sprinkle on maple sugar if you want. Once I gathered all these ingredients, it takes maybe 2 minutes to make it. Jet fuel. To get truly raw and fresh rice bran, nuts, coconut flakes, you'll need to shop at a trusted raw food source, such as sunfood.com. There are many others; but also deception is rampant, and much of what is called raw is not. So doing raw food you have to know your sources. sunorganicfarm.com is great for fresh nuts and seeds

It helps to make raw nut milk in advance and freeze it in half gallon plastic bottles. Take it out, as it thaws in the refrigerator, you'll get a cup or so of fresh nut milk each day for about 6 days. Otherwise it is too much work to make nut milk fresh every day or two. How to make nut milk: soak any nuts or seeds overnight. Sterilize the soak water with lemon juice, hydrogen peroxide or colloidal silver or ozone, drain the water in the morning and put the nuts in a blender with water, blend to a mush. Strain the mush, the liquid is milk, the pulp is protein. I used to be allergic to nuts, but by soaking overnight allergies to nuts are gone.

Olive oil is a mostly unsaturated oil (according to Dr. Mary Enig, it contains 71 % oleic acid and 14 %palmitic acid - both are unsaturated). We know what happens with unsaturated fats when they get heated ...You are paying a higher price for a 'virgin, cold pressed' product, only to destroy those very properties before you even put the oil into your body. Heated oil increases the oxidative properties of the oil - the very opposite of what we are hoping to achieve. No cold pressed products should be heated!

So the right way to cook is to cook on minimum amounts of coconut oil or butter (both highly saturated) and then add the olive oil AFTERWARDS.

These cereals, of course, are also DEAD foods with no redeeming nutritional value.
