Now I found out that the state wants to keep track of everyone who is buying it. Probably just a first step to bannig it. Politicians are idiots. It's no wonder they are trying to overhaul the healthcare system. They ban good food so we NEED the healthcare. Here's my helathcare reform package: eat locally grown organic vegitables and fruits, good grassfed beef and lamb, drink raw cow or goat milk. and throw away all vegitable oils and use extra virgin olive oil and organic, virgin coconut oil. And get your vitamin D level up to about 70-80. And just stay away from the grocery store altogether. That's what I do and here's my results: lost 30 lbs, normalized my blood sugar and lowered my borderline high blood pressure. I've never felt better, even my mood is better, and I've got my high school abs back (I'm 49 now).

The bones are not only made of calcium - it's a rate of about 2 parts of calcium to one part magnesium. So when taking too much calcium and having too little magnesium freely available, what will happen is that magnesium get extracted out of the bones and actually create a weaker bone! This will explain the small wheightloss you can get, but it's not a way I want to loose weight! There are also studies indicating that nations of heavy milkdrinking have more osteoporosis.

The rate of calcium to magnesium in milk is about 8 parts of calcium to 1 part magnesium - too low values! What have happened to our soils are, due to the way we grow plants, resulted in less minerals in the plants, especially magnesium levels are often found to be very much lower using chemical fertilizers than organic fertilizers.

So the solution in future is going to have to be: grow your own food. Not just pick healthy food and make sure it's from a good source - grow it. In future, as more and more people find out about healing unadulterated food, such food is going to get more scarce and more expensive.

So more people will have to consider moving to the country and growing their own food. I am already preparing for that. I'm giving up a relatively well paid professional job to live in the country, from the land. It will be a much more simple life, but so much more rewarding.

Speaking of that, a few posters mentioned keeping their own goat(s) so I would really like to hear a few words of rearing goats for milk. How much land does one goat require and how much milk does it give? How many months per year do you have milk, and stuff like that in general. Thank you for sharing!

That would affect profitability, which is business's God. We have to either move closer to where the cows are grass fed, or bring the cows closer to us. I watch all those public park areas being mowed and I think, what a waste: we live in an insane society.
