One caveat though, the meat is cooked with low heat and firewood and cows roam free eating grass until they're butchered with no havoc to the environment.

Now I will entertain you with a recipe for grassland fowl such as ducks found in the pothole regions or prairie chickens.

Take the animal and rip it into handful-sized chunks. Build a stack of grass and weed stems about 3 feet tall. Lay chunks on top. Ignite grass. Pile more grass on as it burns down. More weed stems makes the meat more well done. When the fire has burned down, fish the chunks out of the ashes, brush off, and enjoy. Should be rare & juicy on the inside, black, but not really burnt on the outside.

The Apache had a similar way of preparing donkey or mule. They used a wood fire and threw the donkey on whole. Mmmm! That had to be delicious!

Never felt good when I ate meat, hated the taste of fowl, fish and pork, and cow gave me the runs. I stopped eating meat all those years ago and have felt fantastic ever since. In 20 plus years I have had the flu 3 times, (missed 5 days of work in all those years due to any sickness) and do not have health insurance. I am a vegetarian, not a vegan. ( I have leather shoes and purses,) I eat eggs, some milk products and up until 3 years ago a large amount of soy products. I noticed the soy started to taste a bit different and I would often get headaches and severe mood swings if I ate too much of it. I like the smell of bbq but never have a desire to eat any meat. I listen to my body. I dont eat meat and I am happy and even more importantly I am healthier than anyone --ANYONE--ever has been in my entire family line at the same age I am now.

I will not start eating raw meat or semi cooked meat for any reason, and I just cant believe that this lifetstyle choice is bad for me.
