In this video, physician and futurist Dr. Richard Swenson talks about exactly what happens when you try to take on too much. The emotional and physical effects can be disastrous

re: Simple Strategy to Remain Happy

There is a form of discrimmantion called "hostile workplace enviroment" that can be commited by anyone, and it can be stopped if you follow the right procedures that can end in a lawsuit if needed. Workplace Bullying is targeting an employee for expulsion or mistreatment. Initially you blame yourself and work harder to please the bully. You take time off to relax/regain your composure but that doesn‘t work. EFT doesn‘t affect the problem and you must return to the problem next time you go to work.

By the time you realize what this is you are psychologically injured. Social scientists have shown that the resulting PTSD (trauma) is greater than that of war veterans, 9-11 rescuers, and is on par only with rape victims. 15% of all successful suicides are attributed to workplace bullying. It can be in the form of verbal abuse, humiliation, intimidation, sabotage of work, falsified performance information, witholding information, or the destruction of your workplace relationships. Usually it‘s a combination.

Your colleages are also roped into helping the bully to keep their jobs sweet. With a whole office seemingly against you, you return to blaming yourself and struggling to "fix yourself" when you really can‘t. The bully‘s behavior escalates and may include borderline criminal behavior. The worst hit are people who can‘t easily quit and go somewhere else. This form of abuse is particularly nasty as it affects all areas of life and is very stigmatizing.

Dr. Mercola, this issue strongly affects whistleblowers in government and health care. we are hoping you take this up as a separate issue and publish some information for the Targets on your mailing lists. A recent Zogby poll shows that almost half of us have experienced or witnessed workplace bullying. It is against any employer‘s legitimate business interests. However, many employers (particularly in government) do not recognize it and take actions to further injure the Target. You can contact us at stopthebullies@comcast.net. thanks for your time.

This is partly the reason why I got cancer, non hodgkins lymphoma to be precise. This could have been the worst time of my life but it turned out quite the opposite. I learnt to say no to many things and people who were literally draining my energy..I thought people would hate me for it, but no, most of them are still in my life. I treated my cancer with juicing and some alternative therapies and within a year I was clear of it..I learnt so much about myself in that year, in particular how to have the courage to say no and the courage to make changes in your life. Please, do not wait as long as I did, embrace your life and who you are. Live your life with JOY!!!!and rememberTHE BEST THINGS IN LIFE ARE FREE!!!!!!!Love and bisous to all!!!Cathie

I am sure that most hard working people can relate to that.

But, it finally broke me down and I have not been able to work outside the home since.
