&lt;p&gt;I use the watery part as a separate daily drink to which I add several tablespoons of ground up flax seed. &amp;nbsp;I store the rest for using as the &amp;quot;whey&amp;quot; starter for homemade sauerkraut. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Both are yummy!&lt;/p&gt;
