The only time I will apply sunscreen (and it will be organic sans the chemical soup) is if key areas I see starting to burn like my shoulders, or I go surfing where the exposure is too great typically to avoid a burn on my face/nose/ears.

Although some say that pollution in big cities protects people from the unfiltered sunlight. But of course it is the pollution which led to the ozone hole.

Of course the sun is good for us in its natural state ,and with moderate exposure; but when the natural protections are not there as in the ozone layer; then I do not believe that the sunlight is still harmless.

On the other hand the vitamin D levels do go down through covering up. I had a dangerous melanoma some years ago and since then have covered up with clothing (not sunscrean0 but do have low levels of Vit D. Perhaps I will try to get a bit more sun.

I think that 24/7 sexual access, while getting 24/7 loss of libido isn't a great outcome.

I did not like the thought of making my pituitary/hypothalamus/pineal glands masked with false pregnancy signals for my whole life. So, I used fertility-awareness "Billings" method for birth control. That method takes the commitment of two people to work, and a woman who is extremely well-tuned and knowlegable about her body. Both of which enhance female sexuality, don't undermine it.

I went through menopause naturally and had some hot flashes, but always accepted them as a matter of course just like I accepted whatever other bodily issues came wtih menstruation.

Medical conditions that require hormone replacement is fine. I am not surprised that birth control pills have to do with skin cancer, migraines, destroyed libido....etc. Wow, that sexual revolution was a bust, now wasn't it gals?
