The truth is people need more alkaline producing foods 70% to 30% acidic producing foods commonly known as pH balance. When you have some kind of illness, you need 80% alkaline to 20% acidic producing foods. No health care pro will tell you about pH because they want your money. "We don't know what's wrong with you but here take our drugs, so you can have more health problems so I can operate on you or better yet, you're dead!" O well seems to be the attitude of alot of health care pros. There are alot of pH food charts to be found on the internet. It is specifically called the alkaline-acidic diet. Also, stay completely away from refined & processed foods & sugars of any kind. All contribute to serious health problems! Eat fresh fruits & vegetables grown in a garden from a gardener who did not use pesticides & insecticides. We are energy based human beings not chemically based. This is why it is so important that we eat fresh fruits & veggies & spend time outdoors. God is Source energy in all things, we need His energy to live. Without HIM, we can do NOTHING. I have been a student of Natural Health" for 16 years. I have learned much that I wish to share. I also have material to substantiate what I speak about. Do people want to know? I hope so as I am prepared to talk about it. I live in north eastern Ohio. And am available to address groups/people who want to know but haven't had the time or don't know where to go to get such information.

I am not in the medical profession, am not medically trained and do not advise people to stop taking their medication without consulting their doctors. But by being informed they can ask questions and determine if they want to take charge of their health. Remember it's your BODY and your MONEY.

We are in a sick care society and the "system" is not working.

The common question that I hear from people are "Why would they put it on the market if it's not safe?" "Why would the doctor prescribe it if it's not safe?" When I suggest the money trail, the subject completely falls out of their reality; they don't want to hear it. Some people even get violent when you want to get them off the drugs.

Too many people are emotionally secure about the system the way it is - and I've said it before: People put more stock in their emotional securities than their financial securities. That's why some people spend 100's of dollars on ebay for haunted voodoo "protection" jewelry rather than put in a little more effort to research alternative science to maintain their health.

The only way around this is to trick the people around us back into a healthy lifestyle in the same way they were tricked into the decadent drug oriented lifestyle. Look up HealingMindN on the web for answers.

My "health insurance" is buying 300 hundred dollars worth of supplements per month.

Not only do I look 15 years younger than other folks the same age, I never get sick.

It helps to be my own doctor, which not everyone could do, but health is #1 and that is why I have spent so much time

investigating it. I've worked in the medical field as well, so I know how sick the system is, and I will never be a part of it.

So called screenings and tests for most things are completely unnecessary if you focus on prevention.

Looking out of all the dangers is another worthy point. If you read this newsletter, you already know what I'm talking about.

I was once a "slave" to the health system until I took matters into my own hands.

While I'll be out and about at 100 +, most of my peers will have been long dead and died of preventable diseases.

People in the "health care system," just get sicker.

I know I worked in it and saw it. I was discouraged from giving real advise, since it wasn't "approved" by the federal death association.

Here's to your health, you can do it yourself, you just need the knowledge.

Thias is why we need medical competition, and freedom from the monopoly of The AMA, the FDA, and BIG PHARMA. This is a good reason for someone like a Rep. Ron Paul, (R-Tex.) to run for president. Even if he does not get to be president, his campaign will bring attention to what is going on in the board rooms out of sight of the public.

Medical care in this country has fallen to number 16 in the world, and no wonder run of the mill medical care is nothing more than a MONEY mill. Making diseases out of disorders, which can easily be changed for the better via lifestyle changes. Obesity, and all the negatives that go with that are out of control, and the government is a major part of this crime against humanity. Yet the FDA, tells us what we cannot talk about as far as a solution, unless it is BIG PHARMA. Sounds like Communist Russia, or China to me. And this is what our military personnel are dying for? Something smells in Washington, you think?

The other 19 industrialized nations all have some form of socialized medicine. Heck, America has socialized medicing in the form of medicare, and that is for the oldest and sickest portion of our population. Thier administrative costs are a fraction of the costs through private insurance.

People who qualify for medicare often have private insurance as well which could be the case if Medicare was offered to all. Britain has private insurance as well as socialized medicine. We are talking about is basic and immediate health risks to raise the availability of health care.

I haven't had any form of insurance for fifteen years. Any matter, health or otherwise, has been provided by Elohim through faith and prayer. He has said for us to not rely on the world nor serve two masters. Buying man's insurance is a lack of faith in His provision, submission to false gods and poor stewardship of the gifts he has given us. We are not forced to buy insurance but made to by fear of worldly powers. That is voluntary servitude. Don't waste your money on insurance or socialized government medicine. Eat and exercise your body and soul correctly and put your assurance in YHVH Elohim.

All of you who said you don't have or want health insurance, I want to warn you that you are making a big mistake! I only had catastrophic health insurance for over $20,000 medical bills, thought I could pay cash for anything I might need. Well, an accident can happen to anyone, even those who eat healthy, exercise, take fish oil, etc. I wound up with a bill of $20,000 for one day in the hospital. I don't think people are aware of the fact that, if you don't have health insurance, you will be forced to pay 3 to 7 times the amount of those with health insurance. For example, the ER doctor charge was $900 even though they accept less than $200 from insurance. One drug alone was $1000!

For those who rely on the catastrophic insurance only, I learned that they only accept charges that are "reasonable and customary" as meeting your deductible. That means that if you are billed the 4 to 7 times more than the hospitals and doctors accept from insurance companies, that the catastophic insurance company will consider those charges "unreasonable and uncustomary" and just ignore them!

I could have managed to pay the $5,000 that they would have accepted from insurance, but $20,000?And don't think that the hospitals just "write it off". Maybe they do if you are an illegal immigrant, but if you have a job and any property, they hound you relentlessly. I have health insurance now. You have to if you don't want to be impoverished. It's like paying for protection from the Mafia.

Well when your politicians are too stupid to look at the history of things like social healthcare, and still want to try it in our own country; it only shows their incompetence and stupidity. Canada hasn't had success. They have long waiting lists, a substandard quality of services, and people abusing the system.

Its common sense. McCain and Obama are big government puppets who want nothing more than to serve their self interests and big brother. Why do I think this? Well because they do nothing that the people want or that makes since. Ron Paul was the only one to do that; but because of the stupidity of the typical American, and the lack of media coverage...he never stood a chance. Atleast Dr. Mercola was smart enough to realize Dr. Paul was on to something good.

Do some research on the CFR. Try looking up "CFR quotes"; you should be able to find some good ole David Rockefellar quotes somewhere. There are numerous New World Order phrases throughout the years pertaining to how we have to give up our sovereignty and adapt to a north american and eventually a new world philosophy. These people are traitors to their own country. They are controllers of the media and they are mostly responsible for the decline of this once great country.

This is why Obama and McCain never REALLy fight for what's right; stopping the illegals (rather than wanting to give them citizenship and rewarding them for breaking into our country), stopping the extreme spending (rather than wanting to raise taxes even more), promoting natural health (rather than allowing their people to continue to be drugged to death), talk about the 2.3 trillion or the 1.1 trillion dollars that just dissapeared from the pentagon, actually try to bring some troops home from the 130+ countries from around the world (not just Iraq), help middle america and stop giving money to the fat lazy dependent welfare scum that don't want to work, giving us our liberties back rather than policing us like dogs.

I remember as a child we had no health insurance, so we were very careful to stay healthy. We ate well (no soda, little desserts, lots of veggies), kept on the thin side, got lots of outdoor exercise, and stayed away from dangerous activities. We rarely went to the doctor. My mother lived to be 98 and still had every tooth. If we all were educated and vigilant about our bodies, maybe we wouldn't see health care insurance and costs skyrocketing.

The way to stop price escalation is to only pay doctors and health professionals based on their results - you only pay if you get better. Paying doctors for their time, or their services or the tests they order is a waste of money. If I was ill or injured I would demand any doctor who wanted to treat me that they take me on under a no win-no fee basis and compensate them well if they succeeded.

We claim a refund in all other industries, why not medicine?

I am a Christian, so before I qualified for Medicare (this year), I was a member of Christian Care Medi-share. I paid for office visits, mammograms, lab tests, etc. I am extremely healthy without drugs or regular visits to the doctor. I finally had my "free" physical last week after being on Medicare for 3 months. I hadn't seen the doctor for nearly two years (that was a forced visit) and I have no problems. My secret to good health is taking care of myself, eating well and taking natural products for the immune system that have allowed me to discontinue use of Imitrex when the migraines left me and allergy meds when the allergies were under control. We live in California, where there has been lots of smoke in the air for some time now and my doctor was amazed that I hadn't suffered any allergic reaction to it. Maybe the poor stats on survival in the US is because we, as a nation, are the most obese and terribly unhealthy. In the last few decades we have seeing an enormous increase in:

Heart maladies, Alzheimer’s disease, bi-polar, anxiety, tinnitus, meiniere’s disease, headaches/migraines, asthma (since the mid-eighties shows a 100% increase in the death rate among children and seniors and incidence has increased 600% in the last 10 years), tumors (an 88% increase since 1982), birth defects and reproduction disorders, neurological/emotional disorders (i.e. dyslexia, autism, ADD, schizophrenia, rage, panic attacks, seizures, paranoia), obesity, and fibromyalgia.

I realize our health care system is not optimal, but have you noticed that many wealthy persons from other countries elect to come here (just two examples - to the Mayo clinic or complicated surgery) for treatment. Where would YOU like to go for your treatment?

If we could convince the FDA to ban substainces like monosodium glutamate (MSG) and Aspartame, I think we could dramatically reduce our need for medical care. MSG and it's 40 cousins - while used to enhance food flavors, it is also a neurotoxin that has degenerative and deadly effects on the brain and nervous system. Neurons are over stimulated to the point of exhaustion and cell death. Most susceptible are the young and elderly. You can even find on one nih.gov site that scientists who perform studies on obese rats fatten them up by feeding them MSG! Shocking isn't it?

True campaign finance reform is the only real answer to this problem - and a host of others - dragging our once great nation down.

I thought that the statistic that we rank "34th in survival of infants" was astonishing. If you haven't seen the current documentary, "The Business of Being Born," I would urge you to do so.

My lovely grandmother, 99, set the standards for my views on health. She had all nine of her children at home with a midwife and didn't see a doctor until well into her 80's. The first time she got ill was when some numbnut gave her her first flu shot when she was in her 90's.
