Their price of $16.85 for 60 softgels is reasonable and you save 10% with automatic monthly shipping of the product. You can read more about their careful processing and ingredient content of the oils at www,extend-life.com The waters from which the fish are harvested are the cleanest and coldest in the world. The company is small and environmentally conscious. I also need to learn more about 'typing' in the food sense to learn more about my metabolism and how to control weight. Cheers to all, especially to Dr. Mercola for supporting Ron Paul.

Krill live in sea ice and are consumed in great quantity by whales. But as climate change and human activity warms the frigid polar waters, sea ice is melting, posing a danger to krill – and to whales and other marine mammals that eat them.

Of course, you can always get your omega-3s from eating fish. To avoid mercury and other contaminants, look for sardines, herring, Alaskan black cod, and Alaskan sockeye salmon. Sockeye are all wild and, being less carnivorous, are less likely to contain environmental contaminants than other types of salmon. Even canned sockeye salmon is a good source of omega-3.

Having lived there I found that raw fish (sushi) was only a part of their diet. This seems to be a common misconception among Westerners. There is lots of fish eaten, but it is cooked as often as it is raw. Their traditional diet is however, a lot healthier than a traditional western diet. Lots of seaweed, vegetables, rice, noodles etc.

Not a good idea in the morning, or any time. You need to get and read the Metabolic Typeing Diet if you want to eat healthy and get healthy. If you are a Carb type I would still think that much sugar, even natural sugar and carbs would not be good to drink in that concentrated amount, even though fruits are on your list as a Carb type.
