If you can't &amp;quot;Let Go&amp;quot;,... in sex and in play etc. ... you cannot experience any real Joy in life and life becomes way out of balance and perspective. An unhealthy and inharmonious scenario all the way around.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;.... In my opinion,.. play and sex (even though they can and do function independantly of eachother), are very closely related, and a core part of being a healthy human being. &lt;/p&gt;
