Im outraged! I recently took my teen daughter to the doctor for a regular check up and you know what the doctor said? "She is over due for the HPV vaccine." I said, "No thankyou." She goes, "You'll have to take this up with the school because it is required." I said, "Ok, I will." I was polite about it. But in the back of my mind I was a raging bull, " [Grunting] Believe me, I WILL [snort]!"

I don't think you or anyone else realizes just how much of an ignorant comment that was...It's completely hypocritical to be anti-abortion but be pro-vaccines as there are fetal cell lines from aborted fetuses in just about every vaccine...

...more info on tetanus....your beliefs about tetanus are like most everyone else, however are completely false and what we have been led to believe...the truth is tetanus ONLY comes from horse manure...the idea of rusty nails and in the soil is completely false UNLESS you're in soil that has been saturated with horse manure AND have an open wound for the bacteria to get into...even then, washing the wound out with HYDROGEN PEROXIDE will kill the bacteria or a product called Silver Shield AND/OR you can "rod" yourself against this (BANT method) OR you can use another completely NATURAL option for treatment of immunoglobulins. You have the option up to seven days AFTER to get a tetanus shot if you still want to poison yourself for no reason though. I know this isn't what we've been taught...but we've been led to believe a bunch of lies about all the other "deadly" diseases as well and that the vaccines have been responsible for eradicating them which is also completely FALSE. Look into these more PLEASE. Everyone needs to do their research and educate themselves and stop believing in what they've been told. Sherri Tenpenny is an EXCELLENT resource, thinktwice.org, vaclib.org are both good as well...

ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! my head is going to explode from trying to decide if I should vaccinate my kids or not! I want an article that tells me which ones work. I have 3 kids and not one have I vaccinated and i get a little lecture every time i go to the doctor and it sucks. I have learned to just keep my mouth shut and listen politley then I go home and read this article and that one and read things from this website and taht website and i end up confused and frustraited! Everyone has so many opinions on this i want straight facts the drier and more boring the better. Why do i even take my kids to the doctor?! I never do anytihng they tell me to do anyway and they are still alive and kicking.

When you vaccinate against some strains of a disease, other strains become more widespread. Since the introduction of the pneumococcal vaccine for babies in the uk, the amount of serotype 1 pneumococcal disease has risen 10 fold. This is the most common serotype not included in the current vaccine.

I should know. After losing my unvaccinated, breastfed, organic food only, much loved 13 month old to meningitis and encephalitis (which killed her in under 4 hours) I investigated a lot. It is entirely possible she was killed by the side effects of a vaccine she never had

I believe it was PPARGammagirl who mentioned the book 'Fear Of The Invisible' by Janine Roberts. I bought it on her recommendation on another thread on this site and I would also urge anyone with any concerns or doubts about vaccines to buy it, read it, and pass it on. Truly terrifying stuff but it needs to be heard and seen. It will open even those eyes that are already wide...

Breastfeeding seems to be the natural way for the mother to transmit her inmune sytem to the newborn through her milk and thus protect it. But if the mother's own inmune system is compromised by drugs and processed foods and sugar doesn't that leave the infant exposed ?

If I were a baby (again ?) I would want my mother to deliver me without having to go to a "hospital" and be put under anesthesia drugs and cesarean surgery and where nurses would forcibly vaccinate me. How may brave moms like that are out there ?

I'd also want my mom to eat the kinds of foods that Dr Mercola advocates so her milk would be safe ...

I just have to say that as a mama of a 2-year old and soon-to-be infant, mandatory vaccinations terrify me. My friend was worried that her 15 month old might get chicken pox because they didn't have the vaccine to give her. ????? What happened to gathering around the child with chicken pox? It seems at one time vaccines WERE for the greater good, like polio, small pox or the plague. Now, it's all about fear and money. let's play on peoples fears of losing their children to death and make lots of money doing so. I'm certain this wasn't the intent of those first vaccines...

Oh, I never got chicken pox either. I attended public schools. I'm 39 years old. WHY DID I NOT GET Chicken pox???? I don't get it. However, I did get the mumps. I don't know when the MMR vaccines were started. Maybe MMR's came out after I got the mumps? I don't know.

Before I had my children I did get the chicken pox vaccine per my doctor's advice. Both of my kids have gotten chicken pox vaccines. My youngest has moderate to severe eczema. Isn't it better that he got the vaccine?

The entire issue confuses me and I'm stuck in the middle.

Last Friday my daughter's pediatrician looked at me like I was a nut case for refusing the guardasil vaccine. I told her there were some serious reactions and even death. I'm pretty sure I read someone had died from getting the Guardasil vaccine. Anyway, she said she'd never heard of that happening. Anyway, I simply stated that I am not ready to allow my daughter that vaccine.

I'm not completely on the anti vaccine bandwagon. I can not help but be thankful for vaccines such as rabies, polio, measels, and small pox. It's these other vaccines for non-communal diseases (such as hpv) that I am suspicious about.

stay away from vaccines, its just a long, nasty road down an unhealthy highway, introducing your body to poisons it was never meant to have pushed under your skin, messing with your immune system causes far too many other problems that can be avoided by just refusing that first assault from your friendly local poisoner. I love how angry they get when you refuse...they huff n' puff and get insulting and belittle any defense you have, all over a few bucks....they don't care what the end result is as long as they can pocket a few measly dollars at your expense

I think most of us do things because we believe it's right for our children and/or right for us. Sometimes we do things because the government gives us no choice.

Lot of things we do without ever checking into them or really giving them much thought. Unfortunately what we don't know can not only hurt us it can kill us or our children!

The amazing thing is, most people will not ask questions. Like today, my G-Daughter and I had breakfast together and we started talking about who she would like for president? Without any thought she said

B.O because he's a democrat, I said okay tell me about him and she said a few things about him. I then asked her if she knew he was for partial birth abortion? She had no idea what I was talking about, after I explained it to her, I thought she was going to throw-up in the car!

I think this is the way most of us are we don't know and we don't even know what to question, like will any of these required vaccination hurt my child or maybe cause them to be autistic? My wife and I didn't think of these questions, only that they had to have them! I certainly don't blame people for asking or demanding answers, after all they are your children!

My G-Daughter is closing in on 18yo and I'm very thankful she thinks I'm still cool enough to have breakfast with!

Oops, I forgot to identify the experimental vaccine used on 2 month old infants in 1949. It was DPT vaccine. And once it was all over, so to speak, (I also got paratyphoid salmanella dysentary while in the hospital), I was diagnosed autistic. I have to say I am truly amazed that all this belief in vaccines, fluoride and antibiotics...basically the "poison everything and we'll be just fine" paradigm continues to thrive.

And, as SNOOZEN posted, it is in the belief that all these people experience the detrimental effects of "modern medicine" and "better living through chemistry" and industrial impoverished foods, and think they are fine. They have a lot of beliefs about reality that I shared when I was much, much younger and on the road to disability. The Matrix is a good representation except that people appear to be walking, talking and breathing, and they don't see the filters they are perceiving through (if we are indeed awake and moving). How many are propped up by coffee, drugs and sheer fear of falling through the cracks? When they get sick they think it is due to germs, genes, and viruses because that is the sanctioned belief for the scientifically disoriented.
