As America's wealth is spread around the world to satisfy the Global Elitists, we will continue to become a poorer nation. The Communists were right; "Capitalism will fall from within". We were all taught, as children, that we were a Patriotic Democracy, and I for one am proud of that. But we have let Industry Hi-jack our Democracy. President Eisenhower warned us of the "Military Industrial Complex" in one of his speaches....but our leaders didn't listen.

One day, soon we will all work for the same paper money, for the same man....and dare not say anything derogatory about it. ..... Big Brother Is Coming!

A sad situation!

Yes people in positions of power are abusing our trust, yet we'll spend the coming years moaning about it but really doing nothing ... yes, we are all stupid and this is the bases of control, the more stupid you act the easy you are to control ..... seems to be a lot of control going on at the moment ...

Lets just look at one area ... house buying, yes the banks did offer mortgages to people on low income and in a lot of cases offered 100%+ mortgages .... the same happened to well paid people, they borrowed too much in there quest to move up the ladder .... Lets get off this beat-up the banks trip and accept they are money leeches, there job is to make as much as they can, anyway they can .... so why the surprise .. ask a person who is reliant on drink if they would like one and they will usually say yes ... why? because they have an addiction/habit to drink, so .... why do we say yes to loans, credit cards, mortgages etc ... are we addicted to the gain which requires money (greed)?

This is not about blame but about honesty, the criminals running our businesses/countries have an easy ride, why? cause we let them ... sorry but that makes us STUPID, we are a bit like the moth that keeps approaching the light-bulb .... the greed-dealers show us the money and what happens???

Yes there is a way to change this mess and that is to stop chasing money and gain ... yes live (now that would be stupid not to do that) but live ... don't deal your way through life! Be happy where you are, watch less TV, read less newspapers ... read more fun or interesting books, play more games, smile, help those around you, walk, jog, play sports for fun, draw, paint ahve lots of healthy sex with your partner, care for your children and everyone elses as they are our future, go fishing, build beautiful eco-friendly buildings, design eco-friendly cars, plant anything healthy .... be compassionate .. I guess just be!

Yes you should buy locally grown foods and especially orgainic, get clean water, use less chemically based produces, drop the smoking or keep it to a small amount, the same with drink, the same with fatty foods, the same with fastfoods, the same with ambition and greed ... all of these are ok in small amounts but we either have those that eat, drink and worry themselves into there next life or those that suck the life out of those eating and drink themselves into there next life ...

We as a family have decided to stop being stupid and not being either of the above two as both are negative and destructive .... let me tell you, it takes commitment and hard work learning not to be stupid but we can all do it, just depends on what you want more ... the food and drink, the greed or maybe life ...

I would never buy a home (not via the present process ... yet we should all have the security of a home)

I fought hard to stop my kids getting vacs in school and they got the first shots but none after

I fought the school system to allow my child to learn not be forced-feed (where does control start ... at the beginning of course)

I fought the system at every turn ... but still work and pay a lot in taxes (i believe the paying of taxes allows me the voice to question the processes)

We do not visit doctors as we do not accept illness as an everyday happening

Now we are looking at moving away from the UK and somewhere were we can feel freedom as its not on the menu in the western world ... not only are we fighting the greed-dealers we are also beginning to feel a pressure from the greed-junkies (thats us at grass-roots) ... shame but we as a family feel in control of our decisions and to a point our future but all our futures can not be around greed-dealers or greed-junkies and to fully understand freedom, change has to be made! .... people are talking but have they got the will to change and get us back on track ... only each and everyone of you as an individual can answer that question, it is a question i have been asking myself since a child ..... can I talk the talk .. yes ... can I walk the walk .. yes but its difficult when most others are not. I choose people over money but how many would sell me for there own gain .... Yes the greedy bast***ds will continue to be greedy until we take the option away from them ... do we have the power .... oh yes!!!!! Now go and be powerful :-)

Reikirebel

Think Less ... Understand More

re: America -- The Newest Third World Nation

Why America is falling is quite simple. In the beginning our country was built on the principals of God. Our government reflected the commandments given by Him. America was prosperous, and blessed.

Now our government is secular. Where God is not wanted, the Devil will be quick to fill the vacany. Bluntly put, right now

Our country(government) is going to hell.

I am a good, moral, down to earth, Catholic woman like many Americans. I want to do something drastic. I cant' do it alone. I am willing to change my lifestyle for the better of our country by not using the things our society has made us dependant upon. Credit, gas, banks, insurance! How can I do it when no one will stand with me? My children and I will be left to starve in the streets. I want so badly to change things, I wish for the simpler times. I dont buy news aritcles, or watch TV often. I buy organic when my pay allows me to. I grow a garden. I do everything in my power to make my home a safe place. I even threw out my microwave!! If I could I would go live on a farm and live off the land it would be a gift.. The government of America DOES NOT REPRESENT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ANYMORE. It makes me sick and we think about it everyday because it will only get worse with God now kicked out. Many people are so blinded, the system rules them, from the food they eat, the chemicals they use on their lawns and in their homes, the prescriptions they are using. WHat is the biggest thing I do?? PRAY> And use my own head to think outside of the "society box". Where can you turn? Start reading the bible, you would be surprised what you may find!

These greedy geeko's with the hugely inflated millions of dollars in salaries and share bonuses have been ripping us off for too long. We should be forcing our politicans after this mess to reign in these huge wages & payment in bonuses. The american workers will now have to pay to keep them in the lifestyle they have been accustomed to. It is time the voters of america asked your presidential candiates now, what they are going to do about this before you vote.

Tent cities are beginning to pop up more and more as people lose their houses. Jobs are becoming more like slavery because they are fewer to get and employers know this. Already we are at 3rd world countries in education, health, longevity, corruption, infant mortality rate, and more. The plans were laid out some time ago and it appears they are going well. Of course looking at it there is one other possibility, pre-Nazi Germany.

The thing I can't figure though is how one can look at all this and not see health. For years we lived the American Nightmare and worried ourselves sick about getting sick, afraid to not make a payment. Then we got smart. I applaud Dr Mercola for bringing to light this info. We can call or term it any way we like, but a turd is still a turd and smells like a turd. I think we took a wrong turn being politically correct, we began focusing on words rather than actions and meanings. A few years ago we started electing "Leaders", instead of Representives. With the importance placed on words, we mentally got adjusted to being led. Since I'm not a mule, I resent being led.

We can blame all we want, and some deserve the blame more that others, but initial blame goes to each of us for keeping ourselves amuzed, entertained, and lazy. People died to give us what we had, yet other than an email, post on a board, we do little to nothing else. We've managed to allow even legal recourse to be taken away. Then the 1/2 full gang, which think if they don't see it, its all good, wishing away the bad with happy, happy thoughts. The Credit Card bust is about to happen, along with non mortgage loans.

This problem did not happen by accident, it was well planned. Problem, Reaction, Solution. 911 falls under the headline. Thing is, we can learn a lot from history, then again, the winner writes the history.

In 1974, Congress also pushed a bill called the, "1974 Housing and Urban Affairs Sex Discrimination Ban." Like the Senate Bill, House Bill 15361 would outlaw sex discrimination by lending institutions for almost all mortgage transactions. Banks would have to consider "without prejudice" the combined income of the husband and wife seeking a mortgage loan. Before 1974, banks normally only took the salary of the head of household to figure how much money that family could afford. Because of that law, the price of housing quadrupled between 1974 and 1980. There was another problem because of that law - divorce. Previous to this, most women found jobs after high school in banks, lawyers’ offices, etc. They were taught typing and shorthand. They worked till they got married and pregnant. Women had the right to quit their jobs to stay home to raise their children. The husband assumed all responsibilities of that family.

After this 1974 bad law, the price of housing was based on two salaries. The problem was, the wife could quit her job if she felt like it. This led the husband to the reality of how to pay a mortgage based on two incomes with only one income. Some men were paid enough money; most men were not. Salaries in the private sector were low. This led to another problem. The husband was force to work two jobs, i.e., the word "workaholic.” Since the husband was never home; his wife was bored and lonely and she, in some cases, applied for divorce. In most cases, in the courts, the women got the gold mine and husband got the shaft. In order to get families into homes , banks and states housing money, started giving out loans on homes with no down payments. this was very stupid

When you think about it, we spend 5 days a week fattening up the corporate bellies, and then the other 2 days a week are spent playing catch-up on chores at home - no time with our families...which makes us good soldiers essentially to our government.

Because of the banking and wealth cartels that have made political bribery legal, and fused the corporate power and political power, we are seeing the rise of new and non-democratic institutions.

Institutions such as the Fed- which controls all money produced by the U.S.; Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae- which is the source of last resorty for home loans; and the Blackwater security and paramilitary forces that are slowly displacing the US military and which have no loyalty to the public but just corporations.

These corporate-political institutions are inherently corrupt, since they never answer to the public, or even the politicians who created them, but only to the money interests.

The slow slide from a Democratic Republic to this new Neo-Fascist state is NOT the fault of the public, or of individual lazyness on the part of the voting public, since the public has no ability to stop this move to corporate-political bonding.

The public cannot compete with the corporations for political donations, and the voting impact of the public has been destroyed by systemic vote fraud that began when the government began having corporations like Dibold replace paper countable ballots with hackable electronic machines.

This corruption of institutions is directly due to the efforts by the corporate and money classes to free themselves from public scrutiny and oversight, and run the government and economy without restraints.

It is the nature of the public to blame some "they" out there for what is destroying the country, such as opposing political parties, or some racial or ethnic group or social group such as the poor; or to blame themselves for not being better citizens.

The truth is, though, that the public no longer has access to any input to control what the government or economy does, anymore than the Chinese public does with its communist government, and even access to the law and grand juries to remove insubordinant government officials is getting very hard to do.

All the public can do now, is vote, work hard, care for their families, and do charity when they can.

There is no way, at this time, to stop the criminal behavior of the people in political and economic power and the only hope that the public has, is that these classes of criminals will ultimately go too far, and be removed by either the military or some other state that intervenes to stop the current rogue government in power.

re: America -- The Newest Third World Nation

One of the constant themes that I have been running across, as America shifts from First World status to Third World status is the squishy idea that it is all "our" fault, and that the public is somehow collectively to blame for the slow conversion of a Democratic Republic to a Fascist Corporate Banking ruled state.

No, it is NOT our fault.

It is not the homeowner's fault that a criminal breaks into the house to steal things, and attack the people inside. It is not the women's fault for being so attractive that a vicious thug assaults her. It is not the Chinese people fault they have a totalitarian government.

Blaming the victim for the bad things that occur to them, is easy and takes no mental effort.

However, the blame for our countries fault is simple and very clear.

Criminal politicians and bribe taking officials have subverted the laws that is supposed to control their conduct.

No one can watch the watchers anymore, because the criminals have insinuated themselves in the election process with vote fraud, so votes no longer count.

The public might be blamed for not having an armed revolution to put the bad guys heads on pikes, but the fact is, few revolutions ever are successful, and most lead to chaos and worse forms of government.

People are civilized and operate within laws for a very good reason. They have learned from history that rebellions almost always get taken over and subverted by the same crazies and criminals that run the original government.

The lesson was learned from the French Revolution, which ended up with a lot of headless people, and the dictator Napolean.

The lesson was learned from the Russian Revolution, which ended up with the Democratic Republic government that overthrew the Czar collapsing, and the communists coming in and killing anyone from the first revolution.

Whether the public can save this country from its enslavement and poverty is debatable, but I will sleep peacefully at night knowing that this country did NOT die at my hands, but at the hands of Bush and company.

Those criminals will have to face eternity with the blood of the Republic on their soft, dainty hands.

Speaking in Florida, he said that the economy’s underlying fundamentals remained strong but were being threatened “because of the greed by some based in Wall Street and we have got to fix it.”

But his record on the issue, and the views of those he has always cited as his most influential advisers, suggest that he has never departed in any major way from his party’s embrace of deregulation and relying more on market forces than on the government to exert discipline.

While Mr. McCain has cited the need for additional oversight when it comes to specific situations, like the mortgage problems behind the current shocks on Wall Street, he has consistently characterized himself as fundamentally a deregulator and he has no history prior to the presidential campaign of advocating steps to tighten standards on investment firms.

He has often taken his lead on financial issues from two outspoken advocates of free market approaches, former Senator Phil Gramm and Alan Greenspan, the former Federal Reserve chairman.**

McCain has always supported de-regulation. Now, after accepting vast amounts of money from the community he has de-regulated, he suddenly supports regulation?

Give me a break! John McCain is more of the same. His record says one thing while his lips say another. He's backpeddling because de-regulation does not work. It causes melt downs and he's part of the problem.

Ron Paul says it very simply and truthfully yet the people have decided that they prefer John McCain and Barack Obama.

Did so called intelligent voters select these 2 candidates or for that matter any of the previous candidates in the last perhaps 100+ years?

Intelligent people seems are far and few it appears.

There are many out there that are so mind controlled that they will vote for the party ahead of good candidates. The first requirement is good candidates not the power elite's choice. We the people need to be able to say no to these preselected candidates early on.

The right to vote is a sham. The responsibility to vote and do it intelligently may make more sense.

Democracy is also something that is not actually a workable system, this may offend some and that is OK.

We are watching the collapse of a nation from with in. What can each one do at this time?

What do we want: socialism or our freedom? Socialism has taken hold and it is not freedom but tyranny.

Oh well just some thoughts and observations

have a better day
