&lt;p&gt;I use only flax seeds. My question is why doesn't one just use cod liver oil, which from what i'm reading, give one the omega's, plus vit D-A-etc. With all the other vit. in it seems like it's a 1 stop shop :o)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If there is a downside to cod oil (hear emulsified is the best to take) please enlighten.&lt;/p&gt;
