OK....so my friend, who is barely 5'tall and weighs about 100 pounds soaking wet and eats a natural, low carb/healthy fat diet should eat 6.7g a day.....and my other friend, who is about 6'3" weighs somewhere around 230 pounds and doesn't know what "real" food is should also get 6.7g a day?

LOL.

Anyways, I'm probably eating more than 6.7g of dark chocolate every day. I'd say it's more like 25g. But the reason I eat it is simply that it makes me feel good as a form of desert. I'm a protein type.

The brands I'm eating are Green and Black's organic 87% dark chocolate as well as Dagoba's organic 83% (I think) dark chocolate. Are these good brands?

The benefits I've received are breathing better do to the natural antihistamine and my knee feels great do to the anti-inflammatory properties. Once you start digging into how good cacao is, you'll be amazed! I get my healthy chocolate through a mlm company that cold-processes their cacao and mixes it with acai berries, raw cane juice crystals and some soy lecithin.
