Rather, i would assert that the opposite may be true: The people who have planned the financial collapse through fractional reserve banking (and encouraging all other banks to follow suit) and the production of the fiat money system we now operate under have certainly slept on the idea a great deal. It's why they have been so successful. Get a copy of The Money Masters. Better yet, a copy of The Creature From Jekyll Island.

High-strung people's brains produce primarily beta waves (higher frequency.) I have heard a story about how Thomas Edison would relax in a chair while holding a steel ball in each hand. On the floor below the balls he would place metal pie tins. Just as he would nod out (the point at which the brain is making more of these slower brainwaves) the balls would drop and wake him up, and this is how he came up with new ideas. He realized that slowing the brainwaves down was the secret to creative thinking and insight.

re: Why You are More Creative After You Sleep

Sleeping, one of the main pillars of good health, is the process where we "recharge our batteries".....

It is how we were designed to operate. We possess most of the necessities within, to keep us safe and healthy....Factor in the other pillars of good healthy and you're well on your way to optimum health......Fascinating, the human body .....
