2. Stuffiness, hard to breathe

3. Horrible mood swings, mimics PMS

4. Diuretic - may be the cause of chronic bedwetting!!!!

Food of the Gods?? To me, that means "not fit for human consumption". You people who can eat it as a health food are lucky.

One can become so accustomed to the symptoms of allergies, that what at one time might have been a cause for concern, is simply relegated to the background noise of uncomfortable sensation. We begin to perceive this collection of sensations as normal, which they are not.

I would strongly suggest giving this elimination diet a try. I did a three week fast years ago (not recommended for everyone) and at the end of it, added foods back, one by one. It was amazingly clear which foods were problems and which foods were not.

Since then I’ve eliminated wheat, sugar, and all processed foods resulting in a significant increase in health and energy with each refinement. Some allergens like pollens and house dust however were difficult to avoid. Interestingly since adding EFT to the techniques I use with my coaching clients my allergic responses have reduced dramatically. If you have allergies I’d suggest a multipronged approach.

1.	As much as possible reduce exposure to allergens.

2.	Use EFT, NLP, Hypnosis or NAET to deal with the emotional or energetic causes.

3.	Make lifestyle changes to support your emotional wellbeing.

Hope this helps,

Gave up wheat/gluten for 2 weeks-no migraines.

Ate a piece of wheat bread, had migraine so bad went to bed for the rest of the day.

Went gluten-free, and a lot of fatigue/pain from CFIDS (Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome)
