WiFi, cell phones, cordless phones, high tension power lines, and even the manner used to build our homes, creates a danger from electro magnetic radiation. In the next ten years or so we are going to see the rate of brain cancer dramatically increase. Reason being Industry refuses to err on the side of caution. As for the Government, well they are out to lunch.

I hate cell phones, but for convenience we have two. We use 24 to 39 minutes a month of our 700 minute shared plan. We just dont need to talk to anyone that much. I often wonder what the hell it is that people talk about that they are glued to a phone!

Even as a teen, I never talked on the phone like that. My hubby doesnt like to talk on the phone either (a match made in heaven, how DID we even date?!?)

What are we all talking about for Pete's sake??

Before we fined ways to make people stop, limit or find alternative to the cellular and its addictive use to avoid brain damage due to the elecro magnetic waves from the cellular we must MAKE those cellular addicts to STOP using them needlessly, regardless of the situation they are in. They are on the cellular when they are driving, they are on the cellular when they are crossing a cross road in parking lot of a mall, they are on the cellular when they are shopping, they are on the cellular when they are visiting someone or are being visited by someone and the list goes on. I have had jobs and positions and have been at places where use of phone land line or cellular is at its usebut I have never found the use of cellular so unavoidable that I have to use it while, driving , shopping or crossing a roadway. To the maximum I receive a call on my cellular while driving. I do receive the phone and either ask the caller to call again or to hold until and out or to the safe side of the road or highway. The the caller never minds. In my opinion there is no phone so important that you have to talk on it under dangerous situation like driving or crossing roadways jeopardizing your lives and those of others . These days if you see a car weaving, going dangerously slow on a highway, being manupulated eraticaly you can, and anyone can, say that the driver is on the cellular and ten out of ten times ( no less) the driver is on the cellular. Just yesterday I entered a shopping mall and I had just turned in to get into the parking lot. I had to immediately slam the brakes even though I was no more than eight miles hour speed. Lo and behold, a woman came right infront of my car holding her cellular phone to her left size not being able to see my car comimng. Once I almost had an accident while I was turning left on a LEFT TURN ARROW while another woman from the opposite lane turned right holding her cellular phone to her left ear not being able to see my car. STOP THEM.

Even if we don't use cell phone or wireless device ourself, cell phone towers and wireless zones are everywhere. We can't escape being exposed unless we go live in the forest far up north.

It will become a civil war between those who understand on one side and the industry and stubborn heavy users on the other side.

When the brain cancer epidemic will come, everybody here will have to pay the huge cost of the public health system with our taxes. I don't agree. If this happend I could become really agressive.

ALL UNDER HEAVEN: I understand how you feel about wanting to tell people about these findings but expecting them to think you are crazy and not take you seriously. What I have found is really effective, is to tell them about this article that you read and copy the article and either copy and email or print and hand them a hard copy. They read it, think about it and all of a sudden you are pretty amazing. To them, you are now on the forefront of this incredible information....... Give it a try.

Bad habits can be hard to break.

If I tell a friend of mine that cell phones are dangerous, she'll think I'm crazy or I'm a nerd.
