I'm living in Japan and everytime I go to a doctor for any problem; cough, sore throat, runny nose, etc... I'm always perscribed antibiotics. Usually I wouldnt even go to a doctor for these problems but the way it works here I need to get a certified note if I miss any time from work. I try to reason with the doctors but they always tell me I need to take the pills. I don't use them but am forced to buy them(which always costs me a lot of money).

What really agrivates me is that nobody seems to take a whole body aproach anymore. If I go in with a rash. They give me medicine. I ask, "why do I have this rash?" they say "don't wory, this medicine will clear it up."

I want to find a doctor within the Kansai area that takes a more natural aproach. Probably not many people in Japan on this tread but if anyone knows about Kansai and good doctors or medical centers please let me know.

Thank goodness for this article! Washing with soap is for other people's sake too.

.....

In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practice, a group of herbs has been widely used for a specific therapeutic application defined as Qing Re Jie Du, or “alleviating heat and relieving the symptoms caused by toxins” (2, 3). Many herbs in this category have been found to have antimicrobial activities (2, 3). Recently, we conducted a systematic screen of herbs with Qing Re Jie Du function for the inhibitory activities against S. mutans, the primary etiological agent for dental caries and other pathogens (1), and found that the extract made from Sophora flavescens contains a potent bioactivity against S. mutans, MRSA, and VRE.

S. flavescens is a perennial shrub found in Northeast Asia (Fig. 1A). It grows in sandy soils on mountain slopes or river valleys. In spring or autumn, the roots are collected, cleaned, sliced, and air-dried. The processed root of S. flavescens is also known as “Ku Shen,” which means “a precious medicinal root with bitter taste” (Fig. 1B). In more than 1,000 years of TCM practice, it has being used to treat pyretic and analgesic symptoms (www.itmonline.org/.../sophora.htm). Although a variety of bioactive compounds have been recently isolated from S. flavescens for the treatment of inflammation, cancer, and cardiovascular disorders (5, 13), the knowledge about its antibacterial potential is limited (7)......

I believe from working out at my Dojang. (tae kwon do studio) I first had a breakout on my thigh. My god!! it was THE most painful thing I have ever encountered. I had several other breakouts since, but my infectious disease DR. says that your body seems to build up an immunity to it after about 12- 18 months. I don't know if that is true, but I have not had any other breakouts and it has been about 2 years since my first. I personally think it was a man made "illness" to use as another means to limit our population. Many people are getting it in prisons and in hospitals and I just think it has become more rampant than "they" (the strange powers that be) wanted. Maybe my own paranoid views but i guess we'll see if it's true in the future when more information becomes available.

That is why I found a piece of equipment that kills the MRSA and any time someone I know goes into the hospital I make sure they have this machine in there room, cause you have to look out for yourself because everyone else is to busy to look out for you.

P.S. I also run the machine in my home to kill the germs and virsus that some through my front door, You never know when someone comes in your home with MRSA and leaves you that gift in your house! This way I know its killed before someone else picks it up!
