But what price are you paying for this homogenized, cheap and convenient food?
Thank you Dr. Mercola for revelation of these shocking facts. People should be aware of the reality and learn how to make right choices in our modern marketplace.

Unfortunately healthful living is not for the majority, thanks to 4-7 generations of altruist/collectivist government-controlled schools & media have achieved the intended outcome.

Most would rather suffer & die than make any significant change (they prefer to stick their head in sand and hope for the best). But there are millions of folks who value their health enough to be open to this valuable information.

Thanks again for your input. Never doubt that a group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world…

Best regards,

To Your Success,

If this were disseminated widely instead of those insane drug commercials on television, the quality of public health would soar and the staggering cost of "healthcare" and medicare would plummet. Dr Mercola you're a prince. Better yet, you're like a Cupernicus trying to prove to this medeival society that the earth is in fact not flat.

I stay off Gluten cause it makes my joints swell and causes aches and pains. My symptoms are not nearly as bad as some people I know. Because now that I have stopped using it for a while. I do not get as bad if I accidently get a little. When I first went off it just a tiny bit would make me hurt for 3 days. Now a tiny bit does not hurt like it did, as long as I notice it and stop. Having to watch Soy and Gluten would make it really hard, cause it is in most veggie oil. I do not take soy any more, but I still get some in my food I guess.

What is even more alarming is the growth rate of the chickens. The only additives they seemed to mention is the anti-biotic. Theres GOT TO BE hormones that they are fed too, to double their growth rate. Its a shame that through greed, we are willing to poison the general population the way we are. I pray that the old adage of "You are what you eat" is not true.

Becoming a vegetarian dont seem as bad of an idea than it did earlier. But Monsanto and others may have THAT seem risky as well. This at least gives me enough incentive to build that green house i always wanted in my yard.
