At birth brain is the size it will be as an adult. Brain increases in size 3 times during first year.

At birth, brain has as many cells as it will ever have. Brain increases in mass up until age 40.

This has to be some kind of bad joke. Glucose is the primary fuel for the brain, not protein.

Exposed to extrordinary volume of political rhetoric recently (and previously). Obvious that brain is not an organ (muscule ?) worthy of use. Sadly it has been neglected for centuries. Cede to the ladies and the heart. C'est la vie !

The fat and water percentage is not a contradiction, fat does consist of water itself. You've of course heard that your body is 70% water, right? Do you think that there are large pools of water in your body? Your tissues, including adipose, are composed of many components, including WATER! Think about it!!!

Read carefully it says about 75%, it does not give a definite number, it is approx. give and take, not everybody has the same percentage.

Duparc, I understand your points, but in what repects are women acknowledge to be more superior to men.

I believe men adapt more easily to their environment and this is the basis on which they leverage some advantage.

I have observed however that few women are stepping up-to the plate because they have become more practical and realistic in their approach to life and this is definitely a good thing because the raises the bar for both "citizens" of the human race.

Human Freedom - check out the book "The Brain that Changes Itself" by Norman Doidge. I saw a documentary related to this book... some pretty fascinating / amazing things going on with rehabilitation of injuries to the brain.

i agree, the math there is wonky!!!

As for perfect recall, I might postulate this: if one is to potentially accept the unity of all things, then the autistic man isn't recalling from memory but tapping from the wider source. Just an idea.
