Do You Need to Lose Weight After the Holidays?

Wouldn't you like to have a permanent solution for your weight problems?

Are you tired of struggling year after year and only making temporary, if any progress, only to repeat the process over and over again?

Well, finally we have learned of an effective technique that can provide a permanent solution for your struggles.

Our chief therapist, Jody Stevens, will be conducting four hour workshops over a three month period. There will be two every month for three months. She will be using the Emotional Freedom Technique to resolve the emotional cause of the problem.

This Workshop Will be Limited to 50 People

If you plan on attending the sessions it will be very important to attend the first session. Attendance at all sessions would be most beneficial, but subsequent ones can be skipped. The space that we have limits us to only accepting 50 people for this class and we can only accept people on a first come first serve basis. The class at this time is nearly half filled.

Addictive Cravings

EFT is profoundly effective for food cravings. It was the initial reason why I brought EFT into my clinic. When my three therapists and I first started learning this, we relieved their long time chocolate and coffee addictions in one treatment. Four months later, the cravings are still gone.

I have also used it for the new patients who come to the office so they can follow the eating plan that is required for all persons to commit to before they are accepted into our office.

This technique has radically improved our new patients' ability to follow the program and actually return for their one-month follow-up. Prior to EFT we had a much higher percentage of patients who did not return, as they were embarrassed or ashamed that they could not follow the program.

Addictive behaviors are ways to temporarily tranquilize unresolved emotional feelings. This is the foundational idea behind EFT's ability to address the true cause of an addiction. This discussion is a "must see" for those serious about getting beyond addictions.

After session one, you will have:

  • A brief overview of the treatment/background of energy medicine
  • Learned the EFT treatment points and how to apply them to yourself
  • Learned to treat for psychological reversal
  • Learned to treat food cravings and treat your underlying emotions as well
  • Set up positive affirmations, and more.

Session two covers:

  • Treating for self sabotage/trigger foods
  • Treating issues of deprivation, abandonment, loss, loneliness/emptiness
  • Treating limiting beliefs
  • Imagery

Other subsequent sessions will cover:

  • Unconscious resistance to change
  • Issues in the here and now that impact food choices
  • Issues from the past which impact food choices
  • Resolution of guilt and shame/fear and anger
  • Body Image work
  • Increasing motivation to create the life you want
  • Increasing self-esteem
  • Issues which may impact the future
  • Becoming comfortable "outside the comfort zone"
  • Putting uncomfortable emotions to work for you.
