World renowned physician and author Doris Rapp, M.D., will address the topic, "WHY ARE YOU SICK? Find Out What You Can Do About It" at a meeting of NOHA (Nutrition for Optimal Health Association), on Wednesday, April 10th at 7:30 PM.
The presentation, which will take place at the Radisson Hotel Lincolnwood, at Touhy and Lincoln Avenues, is free to NOHA members, $10 for non-members and $5 for students. This presentation is open to the public.
Dr. Rapp has devoted much of her life to educating the public about how to find and eliminate the causes of their illnesses, instead of taking pills for their symptoms. She points out that many conditions and illnesses really have a hidden allergy component; her goal is to help people pinpoint the causes of many common conditions and illnesses -- including ADHD, arthritis, autism and endometriosis -- and treat them without medications. At this NOHA meeting, Dr. Rapp will tell attendees about a way of identifying and treating an allergy quickly and efficiently.
Dr. Rapp, who is Board Certified in Allergy Pediatrics and Environmental Medicine, is the author of several best selling books, including:
