I am often asked to recommend my favorite sources of protein. As covered in my nutrition plan, I highly advocate certain meats in appropriate portions because the protein intake is superior to that from other sources such as beans and legumes. Ostrich was only relatively introduced en masse in the United States. Because I believe this meat is among the absolute best you can consume, I have devoted an extensive amount of time and research into finding a wholesaler who could meet my strict standards ... standards, some told me, that were impossibly strict. Various companies could only accommodate some of my requirements, and so it started to seem like the naysayers were right and I wouldn‘t be able to offer the meats I most recommend to you on the site.
