Which Fast-Food Chain Has the Worst French Fries?

Trans fat is one of the worst fats you can eat. It should be avoided at all times if you wish to keep your brain healthy. Personally, I believe French fries are more dangerous than cigarettes, and newer studies show that they are also full of toxic acrylamide.

Consumer Reports analyzed the trans fat in the three major fast-food chains and found the following percentages of trans fat:

  • Burger King: 35 percent
  • Wendy's: 26 percent
  • McDonald's: 22 percent

So get a clue, stop eating fries and do your brain a favor. There is absolutely no reason to ever eat this toxic food--and don’t miss the other top foods that I recommend avoiding.

Also be aware that trans fat is in many other common foods like margarine, shortening, deep-fried fast foods, commercial baked goods such as cookies and crackers, and many other packaged foods.
