It appears that the natural health movement is exploding, as more and more people seek optimal health.  When I first started Mercola.com in 1997, to educate people about natural medicine, I had less than 100 subscribers and 300 page views per month.

Now we have well over 500,000 subscribers and over ten million page views per month. We are averaging well over 1,000 new subscribers per day. Every person that joins us in the natural health movement is a victory. How else do you change the allopathic (drugs and surgery) medical system than with one person at a time?

However, this is still a small fraction of the numbers we need to change the medical system, as the drug companies are the most powerful and wealthy industry in the world. Their goal is to control the health care system in every country to ensure that the population is drugged ? and that their pockets are bulging with the profits.

In about 6 weeks we will be releasing a 7-minute animated video somewhat on the order of the famous political This Land Jib-Jab video from last year. This new brilliant satire of the medical system is called Allopath, and we believe it will have enormous value in helping to spread the message, as it is both highly entertaining and it resonates with the truth that many of the top comedians are also expressing.
