Your brain is a system of electrical networks. You have switches all over your body to help charge up your brain to help you think more clearly, improve your memory, give you more energy and increase your emotional well-being.
This technique is easy and only takes a few seconds. It can be used as often as it feels good.
Take your index and middle finger on either hand and place the index finger above your upper lip and the middle finger below your bottom lip.
Rub back and forth vigorously for a few moments. This will charge up your brain and give you a quick pick me up.
Do it several times a day, especially when you need to be using both your right and left brain hemispheres.
