If you're as fascinated by the fundamentals of science as I am, I suspect you'll really enjoy watching this long interview with Lt. Col. U.S. Army officer Tom Bearden (retired).

It's about the considerable work of Nikola Tesla, the once world-renowned inventor, physicist and electrical engineer whose work has been largely forgotten, unfortunately, by many people.

A leading conceptualist in alternative energy technology and advocate of scalar potential electromagnetics, Bearden is considered by many to be the foremost expert on Tesla as well as free energy.

On Vital Votes, biochemist Russ Bianchi from Soquel, California adds:

"Similar to this VERY interesting video on Tesla ...

"In last evening's New York Times, 2/13/07,  there was an article on Dr. Rusi P. Taleyarkhan, a senior scientist at the US Oak Ridge National Laboratories, being cleared of 'misconduct' by Purdue University, over his published contention that FUSION can be achieved simply by bombarding a container of liquid solvent with strong ultrasonic vibrations.

"Dr. Taleyarkhan, and his colleagues, said in this article, that the vibration violently collapses tiny gas bubbles in the solvent, heating them to temperatures high enough to meld hydrogen atoms together and release energy.

"The article goes on to say fusion, which is a process that generates heat and energy in the sun, has long been dreamed of as an almost infinite energy source, because hydrogen can be made by breaking apart water.

"The article also said most scientist do not 'YET' accept Dr. Taleyarkhan's claim, because the findings have not yet been replicated in other laboratories ..."

"[The article can] be found at:

"'Researchers Cleared of Misconduct, but Case is Still Murky' by Kenneth Chang in the www.nytimes.com SCIENCE section, 2/13/07."
