Do the Gratitude Dance!

What are you grateful for? Your grandchild’s smile? Having breakfast with your spouse? A new opportunity that’s come your way?

Yet, when is the last time you really expressed your gratitude for the things that really matter?

Giving thanks for the good things in your life will help to reinforce your positive mental attitude, and even help you to cope with stress.

Focusing on the good in your life, instead of focusing on what’s missing, is also important to attract more good into your life. In fact, whatever you focus your thoughts on you tend to manifest in your life.

So take a break from your busy day to think about what you’re grateful for -- and do the Gratitude Dance!

Oh My God............this is why I teach dance!  I did nothing but smile the entire video - didn't it make my heart swell to see how wonderfully their spirit of joy showed through.  :)
I am so grateful.

You better bet'cha this choreography is going to be implimented into all of my classes.......for releasement......a little aerobic.......for a few giggles.........as well as for the sheer joy of moving in such a carefree, but safe feeling so more people will join in, way.

Some of those folks were pretty close to tapping a "Time Step."   :))))

Kudos to the makers of the film - You will bring many smiles and much joy to a great many people........

I thought that guy looked familiar. He'd better stick with the day job, though. ;)

This video made me smile and cry at the same time, releasing joy and gratitude from deep in my soul.

I am grateful for ALL OF YOU on Vital Votes, who's comments, humor and intellect add "food for thought" to my day.

I am grateful for Dr. Mercola, (who's patient I was years ago) who led me to this path of self improvement. (yes, Lucky me, I got to see the Dr. (he even drew my blood himself for my first labs) when he first opened his clinic).

and I am grateful for life, health and joy.  My life. My family.  My kids. My dog. My friends. EVERYTHIING.

I am in the process of moving and getting ready to attend the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NY (also found out about that from Dr. Mercola) but when I am done I plan to be a regular on Vital Votes.

Namaste

This is the most delightful video I have seen in weeks!

When you watch, notice the smiling faces and the joy of doing the dance.

Are you doing the gratitude dance yet?

This is awesome!  What a wonderful video.  They have something here.

Let's all join in & do it 'round the world, vv member to member.  Make people question what we're doing & can direct them to this site!

I try to remind myself frequently that it's easy to focus on the negative, because it stands out.  The positive is quiet & easily taken for granted.  I have to look for the good, & remember that just because negatives are glaring, i don't have to focus on them.

Thank you Dr. Mercola for posting this.

It is great to see joy instead of war around the world. It is a much better place to be and live.

This is the best site to visit and view the discussion of all who share the same attitude. It's a warm feeling.

Thanks to everyone and your knowledge shared.

This video of the Gratitude Dance seems to oddly resemble The Where the Hell is Matt? videos we saw earlier this summer...

I got great inner giggles....lol..!!!!..... I've been listening to the Insight CD at night have it set for repeat and the rain calms me for a great night of rest and for some strange reason the traffic doesn't bother me and my patience has increased.

The other two CDs, I listen wile reading my material for doing my homework and the anxiety is lessened.  It's all  timely because this Ethics class though not difficult has kicked my butt and I may drop my 4.0GPA. (Hey guys I'm a C & D student in high school so this is big for me lol..).

None the less a good laugh is relaxing ( the inner freedom of not caring what others think is awesome!) and appreciated the moment to relax. Now back to learning about Loyalty.......you folks have a great weekend......
