Excellent "Feel Good" Ancient Commercial

When this music is combined with this ancient video ad for the Isuzu Gemini – which is now more than 20 years old -- magic happens!

These cars perform incredible stunts, and the really amazing feature is that there’s no computer animation in this piece. These cars are really flying through the air!

These drivers are unbelievable.

This video should win some type of award; and, in fact it has -- it is now officially my all time favorite TV commercial.

This is not an exceptionally hard category to win however, considering I stopped watching TV commercials over a decade ago. I only saw this one because it was on the net. Nevertheless, I absolutely LOVE this commercial!

(Watch This Video – 3 minutes, 36 seconds)

80's Flashback!!!!

The precision of the drivers is amazing.  I don't remember this airing on American TV-looks like maybe made for the European market with the setting in Paris?

LA Freeways are giant parking locks, or gang shooting zones, not fun musical auto acrobatic chorography...

also check out this site:  www.autoblog.com/.../holden-owner-upgrades-after-22-years-869-000-miles

So, after 22 years (a/o 2006) the Isuzu Gemini (in Australia, a Holden Gemini) this diesel had 869,000 miles and was getting 54 mpg. That's probably why our corrupt legislature was bribed to take such foolish cars off the road. All resentments of those dolts in public office aside, the original Japanese ad was really fun to look at. The anchored barge sequence was choice. I wonder how "takes" that took before they nailed it.

Now, back to the dolts. Speed limits should be lowered to 55, engine displacement should be limited to 1.8L, and we should focus on regaining our relationship with local organic agriculture and living close to work ........ and get that meathead out of our Whitehouse!
