Merck Unblinds AIDS Study

Two international trials of Merck & Co. Inc.’s experimental AIDS vaccine were stopped after researchers realized the vaccine did not prevent infection with the AIDS virus.

Instead, indications suggest that the vaccine may actually raise the risk of infection, though it cannot cause an HIV infection itself.

Now, Merck has announced that it will “unblind” the study, and let the thousands of volunteers know who received the active vaccine and who got a dummy shot.

Researchers have begun counseling volunteers that they could now be at a higher risk of contracting HIV.

The AIDS vaccine trials were conducted in the United States, Peru, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Jamaica, Australia and South Africa.

Well before I begin on my Merck rant, let me first make it crystal clear that I have zero hope in any vaccine solution for AIDS.

Secondly, although some of my friends used to call me “Merc” as a shortened version of Mercola --  I am no fan of Merck the drug company. Let’s remember this is the same company that IGNORED early warnings on their drug Vioxx that KILLED over 60,000 people in the United States alone.

So is it at all surprising that when we examine this issue that we are going to uncover more dirt?

Merck began suspecting something was wrong with their highly touted AIDS vaccine when 19 of those who received at least two doses of the vaccine contracted HIV compared with 11 of those given placebos.

Yet even before this was realized, they knew the vaccine itself did not even work.

What is the moral of the story?

Well, on the surface level it is to seriously question whether any sum of money is worth the risks you take when you volunteer yourself as a guinea pig. Sadly, many drug study volunteers are in desperate need of money, or may be seriously undereducated as to the potential risks of the drug or vaccine being studied.

On a deeper level, it is to not rely on the toxic solutions of the fatally flawed health care paradigm to “cure” you of disease. Clearly, a vaccine was never the answer to avoiding HIV infection in the first place.

In the case of HIV and AIDS, it is essential to keep your immune system strong because the virus attacks your immune system. Avoiding grains and sugars is one of the primary ways to do this, as sugar immediately decreases the functioning of your immune system.

Following a healthy diet is also of utmost importance for anyone battling HIV (or any other chronic illness, for that matter).

It may surprise you to learn that the most common cause of death among HIV-positive patients is liver failure, caused by taking toxic drugs. If this topic is of interest to you, you may want to watch this short video warning about HIV treatments and testing.

Further, Merck is the last company on earth that I would trust to manufacture something to inject into my or your body. This is the same company:
  • That continued to supply the infant hepatitis B vaccine, which was contaminated with thimerosal, a mercury preservative, for two years after announcing that it had eliminated the toxin from the vaccine.
So is it surprising that their latest vaccine has now put thousands of people at an increased risk of HIV? No. But it is a testimony to the extreme need for change.

You can start in your own home by doing some serious research prior to vaccinating yourself or your children.

Are people ever going to see MERK for the horrible monster it is?

I think there are at least 4.86 Billion reason$, as of a judgment last Friday, against MERCK (Mostly Evil Researchers, Crooks & Kafkaesquers) they voluntarily entered into to limit liability on tens of thousands of claims against them on death inducing Vioxx, that make the answer to your question pretty clear.

Additionally, when one sees the high unethical sales tactics
(repeatedly) on brands like GARDISIL from MERCK, it is beyond any shread of reasonability that MERCK can be trusted on any of their products.

Fraud, repeatedly has occurred at MERCK, piercing corporate shield, and the guilty executive management should be prosecuted for criminal negligence to the fullest extent of the law.

When we see MERCK white collars doing real hard time, maybe then, and only then, they will begin to clean up their act (but I doubt it).

The way to take a bad operator out, like Merck, is refuse to purchase their brands by telling all your MD's, those prescribing or filling prescription, family, friends, aquaintances, colleagues, associates, or anyone else you know or care about.

I doubt it.

The attention span of the masses is far too short.

They'll forget all about a few days after reading it.  The leap from this vaccine INCREASING the risk of infection to the vaccine they're about to inject themselves or their child with as being potentially harmful is just too large for most people.

If people will still trust a company to produce a vaccine that supposedly protects their daughter, sister, wife or even self from cervical cancer after the whole Viox fiasco then I won't be holding my breath for any changes in general perception after this one.

If you thought the campaign for Gardasil was slick, get ready for the ultimate smicko campaign for the next drug or vaccine rolled off the ranks (how about a vaccine for ignorance, now that would be useful - if it worked!!)

Vaccinations - hidden death.  The AIDS virus was created at the bio-weapons lab, Frederick, Maryland, House Bill appropriated $10 million for the project, "population control". The AIDS virus was hidden in the smallpox vaccine (given freely)and was dispensed by the UN, W.H.O. & CDC to areas that were becoming to large.  Then in 1978-79 they put in the hepatitis B vaccine and injected only male homosexuals in six major US cities. In 1996 the UN dispensed to only females in 130 countries around the world a female hormone that causes sterility.  This is in addition to the many toxins that are in the vaccines already.  Don't be deceived, the New World Order has a plan & vaccinations are only part of it.

Sarah/Haras (I love it!), you may prove prophetic!  (Let's hope not, however.)  It would be easy to imagine, the way things are going, a diagnosis of "ignorance" maybe under a different name for things like supporting the wrong candidate.  Then, of course, a vaccine or drug will be created to deal with it.  Get too vocal and it's proof to everyone around--all the vaccinated sheeple--that you had better be subjugated and vaccinated for your good and the good of society lest your "disease" spread.

Wow,

 We finally got to my pet project.  HIV = AIDS.

 Funny thing is, here are FACTS most people and (especially Doctors) Dont know:

1) There has NEVER been a published document proving HIV causes AIDS!

  (Cary Mullis, Nobel Prize Winner, quits the industry when he cant foot note this "fact")

2) A Team in PERTH Austrailia is offering $10,000 to ANYONE who can prove they have

   actually CULTURED and PURIFIED the HIV Virus.  NEVER COLLECTED!

3) Dr. Peter Duesberg Writes the "Inventing The AIDS Virus" becauses, even according to Gallo,

   ONLY 80% of his DEAD AIDS patients had HIV...

4) Dr. Robert-Root Bernstein (Of Michigan State), wrote a scathing book of the whole thing.

  he rescinded his position WHEN they threatened is financial life.

5) In Africa, the number of people who die of AIDS each year exploded.  But the number of overall

   deaths barely increased!!! (No HIV Testing, and the remaining family members get BUMPED UP

   on the W.H.O. Food program Priority if the doctor CHECKS the Box that it was AIDS).

6) More children die every year in the US from ASTHMA Related Complications than we have AIDS

   deaths in this country!

7) They added Cervical Cancer as an AIDS disease, which doubled the number of heterosexual

   women contracting the disease.

8) There was a DOCTOR injecting himself with blood from HIV positive people.  Never got AIRTIME

    in this country!  He never died of AIDS.

Finally, Magic Johnson.  What a BAD AIDS Spokesperson...  HE CONTINUES TO LIVE...

They HATE him for that!

But why does he live?

He was NEVER sick (like most people), until he took the AZT and othe drugs.  So, he STOPPED.

He got healthier, and they wanted NOTHING to do with him.

Now, he doesnt say he stopped.  He (probably because of contracts signed), says he listens to

his doctor, and EVERY NIGHT, he takes his medicine.

The treatment calls for pills every 4-8 hours. Think about the message he is sending.

Henry Bauer's new blog is well worth reading for anyone interested in the HIV/AIDS controversy. hivskeptic.wordpress.com He talks about inconsistencies in AIDS statistics that are never questioned by the orthodoxy and promotes his recent book "The Origins, Persistence and Failings of HIV/AIDS Theory". I haven't read the book yet, but his blog is fascinating.

So you say the reason Magic Johnson got better is he stopped taking his medicine... but that he tells the media he takes his medicine? Is your speculation based on anything? Seriously? Maybe he takes it and it works.

 Find the tapes.  LISTEN to him.

He says what I wrote:

"I listen to my doctor and Every Night I take my medicine"

 Look up AZT.  IT was BANNED as a cancer therapy for killing the patients

too quickly.  It is SO HAZARDOUS that they recommend GLOVES and MASKS when

handling the PILLS from the bottle!!

There is a BIT of speculation in this, to be honest.  Which Is why I did

not list it with the FACTS  I gave.

Why is he no longer the spokesperson?  Isn't he the BEST POSSIBLE CANDIDATE?

If he WANTED TO BE, and WAS TAKING THE DRUGS, it would be PERFECT.

Did they replace him with someone better?  No.

BTW, the number of pills and TIMING is SO COMPLICATED, that new counselors

are trained for 2 days with M&Ms of varying colors in mock drug bottles.

They have Alarms that go off "Almost continuously" and a LOG BOOK to look

at how much they have to take, and check it off.

This helps the counselors understand the phone calls:

"I think I took my last doses, but I didnt write it down"

The LOGIC behind this is that the Virus is mutating so fast, you have to keep

ahead of it.

This is the WORSE science in the world.  A Human is 3% different than a CHIMP.

After about 5% variation in ANY DNA, the species is changing, by 10% they

CANNOT be considered the same.

If HIV is changing this fast, within weeks, it would no longer be HIV!

Duesberg: "There is no such thing as a slow virus, only a slow virologist"

BTW, if they ever revealed the truth of the original FLAWED AZT Trials,

you can bet the lawsuits would cut deep.  Of course, Glaxo FUNDED ACT-UP,

gave them the money, sent them to the conferences and ENCOURAGED them to

"ACT-UP" to Demand access to these UNPROVEN Medicines because the Disease

was SUCH A DANGEROUS Killer.

Glaxo made out like a bandit, and countless peopled diead of AZT Poisoning.

One of the key reasons people put their faith in vaccines is that they induce the body to produce anti-bodies and thereby protect against the disease.  So having anti-bodies is a good thing cos it means you're 'safe'.  And it must be so because all the authorities keep telling us we need to get vaccinated against x, y, z diseases.

But then suddenly (since sometime in the late 1900's) if we are found to have HIV anti-bodies, instead of meaning we are protected, it means we are doomed!

And yet, strangely enough, authorities keep on researching a vaccine to induce the body to produce anti-bodies against HIV!

Um... eh... "HELLO - ANYONE HOME?!!"

What the general public needs, .. is not more toxic and death promoting drugs to "treat" AIDS,.. or any other systemic illness. .... What is needed is educating the public about the fact that there are many alive in the world today who have healed and cured themselves of AIDS, CANCER, and any other disease of the immune system. ... These individuals chose not to follow the route offered by Allopathic Medicine with it's pharmacuetical regimens. ... Instead, they worked with their body via traditional, ancient healing systems and a science of natural modalities. They did the work of changing their life-styles where needed and incorporated the wisdom of Nature towards rebuilding and strengthening their immune systems,... and they regained and re-established their health and well-being. 

So why is it that this fact is rarely if ever discussed in the major media? Could it be that the media is owned by the same money hungry people who produce and market the drugs that are daily sold to treat the likes of AIDS? This main stream ignorance inevitably promotes the false yet profitable belief that there is no cure for AIDS or Cancer etc.,.. through in fact the demise of those who take these same medications:
