Ron Paul Meets the Press

Ron Paul Revolution

On December 23, Meet The Press interviewed Ron Paul, who has finally started to attract mainstream notice with the impressive number of small contributors donating to his campaign -- including more than $6 million raised in a single day on December 16.

Since October 2007, Ron Paul has raised more than $18.5 million -- more than any other Republican candidate.

Take a look if you want to see a candidate finally speak some common sense.

Here he shares his view on how the United States could eliminate the income tax and the IRS, by no longer policing the world, and reducing other countries’ dependence on U.S. defense and foreign financial aid.

Where Does Ron Paul Stand on Health Issues?

Ron Paul is one of the few physicians serving in Congress, and one of even fewer Congressmen who are trying to decrease government involvement in the field of health care.

He is a constituionalist and seeks to minimize abuse by government, so needless to say he is not very powerful in many corporate circles.  However there is an absolute groundswell of public support for him, especially for people who believe in freedom and the principles the US was founded on.

If given the chance to lead the country as President, Dr. Ron Paul would have even more opportunities to introduce positive, and much-needed, change in the health-care arena. In terms of your health, Ron Paul:

  • Wants to expand the ability of Americans to use alternative medicine and new treatments.
  • Opposes legislation that increases the FDA‘s legal powers.
  • Believes the government should never have the power to require immunizations or vaccinations.
  • Introduced the Health Freedom Protection Act that would curb restrictions imposed by the FDA and FTC regarding health claims for dietary supplements.

What Can You Do?

If you agree with Ron Paul‘s message of freedom and liberty then JOIN THE CAUSE and spread the word!

There are 1.3 million people that receive this newsletter. We CAN make a HUGE difference. If only a small fraction of you can spread this message in YOUR networks, your communities, and at work, just imagine what we can do.

If you want to show your support for Ron Paul in your neighborhood, you can also get a yard sign.

If you saw the amazing water buffalo video you can start to realize that if we all unite together we really do have a chance to overthrow the lions that are trying to eat us alive.

Please take your time to really listen to what Dr Ron Paul  is saying, you'll be glad you did.  There are several great interviews available online.  Don't trust what others are saying about him, listen directly to the interviews and Dr Paul's answers before you make up your mind.

Dr Mercola,  thanks for spreading the word on Dr Ron Paul since the rest of media is only broadcasting 2-3 of the candidates running with their familiar promises, tactics, PR and changes according to the polls that only last during their campaigns.  Got my belief in politicians back after watching the Google interview with Dr Paul.  I found Ron Paul to be an honest person with great solutions for our country.  Please take an hour of your time to carefully and open minded listen to him, do it for our country.  Our Ron Paul yard signs will be up tomorrow.

If it wasn't for Dr. Mercola, I probably would not know about Ron Paul.  I thank Dr. Mercola for spreading the word.

Just as I have learned from my abusive ex-husband, there is always ways to find negativity in everything even if you don't do anything wrong.  There are a lot of posts here that remind me of that.  Let's all focus on the positive.  It doesn't do any good when we keep knocking someone with alternate beliefs.  Even though Katie-Beth believes Ron Paul said racist comments after she was told he didn't say it, she still believes it.  Kindly let her know otherwise and leave it at that.

This is not the place for idiotic dribble. This is a Health site. The people who post negative comments need some supplements so that they can focus on what was posted - a video showing Presidential Candidate Ron Paul discussing Health Care.

My goodness Katie Beth no wonder there are wars when you spout off so much anger and hatred in your "loony" speech.  Why don't you dig some dirt and try to find out the real truth about the person you are supporting to be our next president.  Here I'll help you along with this: link:www.judicialwatch.org/judicial-watch-announces-list-washington-s-ten-most-wanted-corrupt-politicians-2007

First Rep. Paul is also for health care competition.  Something "Big Pharma" is afraid of.  At the same time his call to end income tax, does not give him warm feelings amoung corporate CEOs.  Then there is that pesky Health Freedom Act.  Wow the big money boys must really hate this guy.

If he is as good in person as he appears to be on paper, he will make a good president.

The big money guys DO hate him, but notice, with out their big bucks, he was able to pull off the largest 24 campaign fundraiser in history.  Who really has the power?  We do - if we all start working together.  GO RON PAUL!

Your help is needed to push RP to call for a RECOUNT of this obviously rigged primary.

SCREEN CAPTURE FROM BOSTON GLOBE WEBSITE SHOWING REAL TIME AP PRECINCT TALLIES TELLS THE REAL STORY: WE & RP GOT ROBBED!!! LHS Rigged this election via Diebold machines exactly the way Bev Harris of Black Box Voting Predicted.

LOOK AT THIS: www.youtube.com/.../qV6qAGigGYY&rel=1&border=1"> Several of us have backed this up in case anyone tries to remove it from cyberspace, but it proves election fraud has just occured in NH on a massive scale. This is a screen capture made from the Boston Globe (newspaper) website showing Associated Press real time precinct vote totals before they got rigged by LHS associates which counted 81% of the NH vote via their rigged Diebold machines.

This would have placed Dr. Paul in 3rd place, just as the polls were showing before the primary…

Join me in demanding a manual recount by doing the following:

1. Contact electionlaw@doj.nh.gov

2. Contact Ron Paul's campaign via this form on their website: www.ronpaul2008.com/.../form

Tarkaygivon,

This is unbelivable!  My son said before this election started that "they" already "know" who will be President... and it won't be Ron Paul because the media and big corporations don't want him.

Thanks for the video.

Paraphrasing what Joseph Stalin is reportedly to have said..."It matters not on who votes for whom, but rather on who counts the votes."

The approaching revolution is going to be a biggie.  I suspect it will make "Wag the Dog" look mild.  The Achilles Heal of every dynasty has been implosion via over-extension.  If you consider the current situation it is very telling.

2/3 of the economic engine of the worlds largest economy (USA) is powered by the American consumer, who is being force-fed by the current industrial-gov't plutocracy to keep consuming.  Is it any wonder that 2/3 of our citizens are overweight and the dis-ease economy is running rampant?  If we want any more clear picture of over-extension, check the average belt line, dress size, or indebtedness of America.

We have a current country situation that resembles what the Buddhist tradition calls the "hungry ghost".  The ghost has a very small mouth and a giant belly and can never get sated because the belly (forced-fed desire) is disproportionately bigger than the mouth (ability to sate desire).  We are trying to feed ghosts, i.e., the past...the "American Dream" that in its original form has already died and simply not fallen over yet.

As one dream is dying, a new dream is being born, and this one will be born of the people upward rather than being force-fed a dream from the gov't-industrial complex downward.

As one leans in any martial art with a holistic bent such as aikido, if aggression, i.e., force-fed consumption & policy from plutocracy, is extended (or over extended) at you, simply use your own power to continue that over extension to roll or throw the aggressor off balance.

In this case, the aggressor is force-fed consumption to maintain an empire-building plutocracy.  We will find the approach used by Gandhi in India to free their country of Imperial English rule will be the same successful strategy in America.

Simplify.  Network.  Fast (shrink the artificial desires).

This is so strange.  I guess it is sort of nice to allow people to say whatever they want, but Katie_Beth's posts here are ridiculous.  Ron Paul never said any of those things.  This "RP Quote" nonsense that she lists is either her deliberate lie, or the poor woman has been played for a fool by someone else.  Either way, her vitriol is embarrassing.

Anyone who thinks this is a "smear" is crazed. Ron Paul seemed like a racist from the start considering his political position as an isolationist. And by the way, if state rights, then can a women who chooses to seek an abortion just go off to a neighboring state to obtain medical treatment? And what about evolution??? Is there credible evidence of anything other than evolution? I can’t have a president who believes and would advocate teaching something such as creationism that has absolutely no foundation to stand on. Kind of like believing in a fairy tale and saying it’s absolutely true. To sum it up, there are to many "what ifs" with this guy. Why would anyone try to smear this guy now it’s not as if he is on the verge of winning?
