awwwww...it's so nice to see something awesome like these pics every now & then as opposed to the normal bad news....

it was slow news day in Dallas today...the big report was about a corn flake shaped like Illinois - I was confuzzled - aren't corn flakes normally shaped like the state of Illinois? Now if it had been shaped like the states of Texas or Florida or maybe shaped like the country of Italy, that would have been news...

Incredible !! Nature can't be beat for awesome images.

My heart was sad though, to notice that the manati's tail is damaged, sliced through by a boat's propeller no doubt. How easily man and his inventions can destroy what is so beautiful.

Nature's offerings are much more precious than all the money, gadgets and stuff that man can make.

Truly wonderful photographs...   Yesterday, I wished that I had a good camera handy as I watched two Bald Eagles mating in a tree behind my home in Alexandria, Virginia, next to the Potomac River...   They were simply majestic...

And, yes, the manatee's tail is sliced as well as it's belly from a boat propeller...sad...   But, on top of God giving us all of these wonderful animals to live with here on Earth, He also gives all of us the power of healing and renewing...of recovering from wounds...   Truly, God is good....
