Today, I’ll show you how to make an utterly yummy-scrummy, very simple, garlic dressing. It’s so simple and tasty in fact, why bother to buy it in a bottle?
- 6 TBSP extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 to 2 TBSP white wine vinegar
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
- Salt & pepper to taste
1- In a small, Magic Bullet type blender (or regular blender) place:
- Olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper
2- Blend a few moments until smooth and creamy.
