A Scrum-dilly-icious Salad Dressing with Just the Right Kick!

Today, I’ll show you how to make a scrum-diddly-umptious salad dressing! That’s the technical word for it. You will love this spicy, lime, cilantro dressing, which has somewhat of a pesto color and consistency to it. Unbeatable!
- Handful of fresh cilantro
- Juice of half a lime
- ½ jalapeño pepper, with half of its seeds removed
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 1 heaping TBSP fresh kefir
- Black pepper to taste
1- In a blender or small, Magic Bullet type blender, place:
- jalapeño pepper
- lime juice
- olive oil
- black pepper
2- Blend until smooth, adding a bit more olive oil if needed.
You will fall in love with this dressing. I put it on everything now: Lettuce wraps, salads, you name it! Enjoy!
