Impress Your Guests with this Smashing Good Salad Dressing!

Today, I’ll show you a quick & easy recipe for French dressing. I’ve always loved to have French dressing in restaurants, but really don’t want all the nasty mystery ingredients in pre-prepared dressings. With this smashing recipe, it’s all flavor, all healthy and super convenient to make.


  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 1 TBSP white wine vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
  • 6 TBSP organic, extra-virgin olive oil (preferably raw)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

1- In small, Magic-Bullet-type blender (or regular blender), combine:

  • Dijon mustard
  • White or red wine vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

2- Blend until smooth and creamy.

There we have it!  What could possibly be easier than that?  I challenge you to get it out of the bottle faster than you can make it.  What a yummy, French dressing for your salads, and I guarantee that your guests will be very impressed!  Enjoy!
