I don't understand why they only get a slap on the wrist! These are crimes against humanity like some of the nazi's were arrested for. Is there that much bribery going on in the White House? I GUESS SO!! Dr. Mercola says no one can be forced to have their kids vaccinated so why did that fiasco in Maryland take place where people sadly took their children to the courthouse to get vaccinated for fear of going to jail if they didn't? Those children weren't allowed to go to school if they hadn't received their "deadly mercury laden shots." I'd like to know once and for all...do we or do we NOT have the freedom to choose NOT to vaccinate?! If we do then why doesn't someone tell all the mayors and governors to back off? Why are they getting away with these terrorist tactics? Whoever would have thought 50 years ago that American citizens would be bullied by such ignorant, greedy, pharma-whipped, murdering cowards!!! And by the way, the word "vaccination" is not the same as the word "immunization." Vaccinations can actually GIVE you a disease and that disease can come back. But if you are allowed to just get the disease naturally, you are then immune against it for life. I hate it when people get those two words mixed up and think they're the same. Vaccines don't deserve to be called immunizations! They're based on nothing more than JUNK SCIENCE!! And they suppress the immune system! Read about the history of vaccines and you'll see how wrong they are. Such ignorance!!!

The media uses dumb people like those you are refering to in Maryland to scare the general public into doing what they want. It's called brainwashing. Most people are going to think, "Yep, I've gotta do it. They even said I have to." And then these people don't check the law or their options. Our media is owned by those who are paid off from the pharmacutical companies.
This is no different than Federal Income Tax. The income tax laws do not apply to most American citizens, but because the IRS harrasses and illegally jails those who resist, the rest of society is scared to believe that they must pay or something horrible will happen to them (numerous cases are happening all over the U.S. where people are winning against the IRS - but you won't hear this on your nightly news!). If anyone really studies the Internal Revenue Code and also asks an IRS agent what specific statute and implementing regulation makes them liable, you won't find or get an answer because there is none! IT'S TIME TO WAKE UP AMERICA AND TAKE BACK YOUR RIGHTS!

There is currently a move by www.parentalrights.org to organize and pass a contstitutional amendment that would protect the parents' rights to determine what is best for their own children. If we have the constitutionally guaranteed right to determine what is best for our own children (including the right to homeschool or refuse vaccines), compulsory vaccination becomes a non-issue. We homeschool and have not had to vaccinate our children or exempt them from vaccinations for school, but we do get grilled if we happen to need stitches or a broken bone set at the ER for one of our six children. Another thing we do that helps us avoid all newborn vaccinations is homebirthing of our children. (Although this is not the main reason we homebirth, it is a nice perk!) Parents need to take responsibility for the health decisions they make for their children, and that includes educating themselves about all procedures or "shots" that the doctor may want to do. Our family avoids the doctor's office except if we are REALLY sick (as in the home-remedies did not work.) None of our children has needed antibiotics, even for UTI or ear infections for over 2 years. We research and use natural remedies that actaully work and concnetrate on good health. Parents MUST stand up for their children's health. No one else will do it.

As for the IRS, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals have activated estoppels against the Department of the Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Department of Justice concerning illegal taxation and unlawful prosecution. All this while stating that the 14th and 16th Constitutional amendments are massive frauds!
I state the above concerning the 10th circuit court because I can't disprove those facts; yet, I am unable to verify those facts either. I am NO ATTORNEY at law, so it would be so greatly appreciated if one person, at least, could verify via court documents. Adding that such court documentation should be readily available to ME through legal channels.

Audrey, I wanted to say that it's not the media using dumb people... there is a legitimate fear in losing a child and it's exploited by the media. I have read so many articles on children being taken from loving parents because they refused to drug their children. It is a legitimate fear. It is exploited and sounds as though it were exploited in Maryland. It is easy to assume people are dumb when in fact they are reacting out of fear. Fear the child may get sick, the fear of not knowing what information to trust, as there are always several "well researched" sides to a story written and endorsed by "doctors". I believe it should be a choice, but as a mother with a child on medicaid, it certainly does not seem I have a choice in the vaccination arena, if I want to keep my child on insurance. I am currently researching all I can about the "opt-out" reasons, but often to find those reasons you need to pay money. So which profit-making health "expert" do I believe? When it comes to the safety and well-being of my child I'm the only one who should decide... but can I do so without the risk of losing my child to the courts. It has happened, often. So rather than assume these parents are dumb, assume they are operating out of a primal fear of losing a child.

I agree very much with your comment. Vaccinations are indeed a global medical experiment inflicted on the human race, without a control and without informed consent. This is in direct contravention of the Nuremberg laws, which were supposedly set up to prevent people like Nazi concentration camp doctor Mengele to repeat their horrendous deeds. Yet, it seems the spirit of medical fascism is still alive and very active!
The ironical part is that there is NO scientific evidence to show that vaccines have ever prevented any diseases. On the contrary, infectious diseases mortality graphs clearly show that around 80 percent of the remarkable decline in the number of deaths from infectious diseases occurred BEFORE vaccinations were introduced, and was COMPLETELY unaffected by vaccinations.
As Dr A Kalokerinos MD from Australia said in a 1995 interview (google):
"When I looked into the vaccination issue further, I found that this whole vaccine business was indeed a gigantic hoax. Most doctors believe that vaccines are useful, but when one looks at the proper statistics one finds that this is not so."
In other words, the psychopaths who promote vaccines are doing their best to deceive us into believing that vaccines are about disease PREVENTION, when they are actually given for disease PROMOTION purposes!!

shows a state by state breakdown of exemptions allowed for vaccination. MA allows both medical and Religious exemptions for refusing vaccines.
In Georgia, where I live, all I had to do was write up a statement stating that I had a religious objection, get it notarized and that was that. No complaints. Of course, it takes a little bit of effort and a little bit of knowledge to know to do that. But it was not hard. The negligible amount of cost involved in getting the paper notarized is well worth the possible harm vaccines can/will inflict.
I feel that the vaccine rights people of that area failed miserably in what they should consider their duty. WHY didn't they form a group of protesters who had the knowledge these people so obviously needed. Surely one of their numbers included a Notary Public as well. They should have formed a group near that court house with the means to complete the religious exemption affidavits for each and every person wishing to attain one.
But wait! Further research does show an instance when you will NOT have the right to refuse vaccines. That's right. You can thank Bush and he ilk for using the 9/11 event to further someone's plans

That's because they adopted a policy of not allowing under or un vaccinated kids to go to school. Then they threatened to put the parents in jail for truancy--not for vaccinations. They manipulated the system to poison the kids--interesting tactic, huh? So far, it doesn't seem that the rest of the states have tried to adopt this tactic, but we'll see.

Now, I have to ask the BIG question.
Why does it seem that everyone is ignoring the fact that immunizing newborns (and infants up to 6 months of age) is JUNK SCIENCE, and total quackery. Humans do not have an immune system that is capable of building up immunities for the first 6 months of life.
Injecting any type of vaccine that could be beneficial for an adult (however unlikely that may be) will only WEAKEN or HARM the body of an infant that cannot develop immunities of its own. That is one reason that breastfeeding is so critical in the first 6 months of life -to pass on immune factors from the mother.

I attended a fascinating 2-day seminar presented by a wise medical doctor, age 73, in August 2005 where he asked this question of a group of 60 nurses and doctors from all parts of the country. "What is your excuse for allowing the vaccinating of newborns in your care, knowing that it scientifically impossible to help them?" No one had a good answer as to why they were going along with the harmful scam. It was a sobering moment that I will never forget, as I saw most of them look down in shame.
The even scarier part is that the ensuing conversation revealed that the hospitals and clinics that employed them, had told them to vaccinate the infants SECRETLY (like when their parents were out of the room, or turned their backs) whenever their parents refused or opted out. The nurses were told they would be protected from lawsuits for following these illegal orders!!
