Polio Vaccine Blamed for Outbreaks in Nigeria

This..unfortunately comes as NO surprise to me at all as I recently wrote an article posted on another major Natural health website about this very thing and how vaccines are not what caused the great decrease in illness in the past 100 years, but better sanitation and food production and in fact, those very vaccines themselves ARE what caused outbreaks of the very diseases that they were supposedly going to protect people from

Take a look at some of these statistics please;

In 1871-2, England, with 98% of the population aged between 2 and 50 vaccinated against smallpox, it experienced its worst ever smallpox outbreak with 45,000 deaths. During the same period in Germany, with a vaccination rate of 96%, there were over 125,000 deaths from smallpox.

- In Germany, compulsory mass vaccination against diphtheria commenced in 1940 and by 1945 diphtheria cases were up from 40,000 to 250,000. (Don`t Get Stuck, Hannah Allen)

- In the USA in 1960, two virologists discovered that both polio vaccines were contaminated with the SV 40 virus which causes cancer in animals as well as changes in human cell tissue cultures. Millions of children had been injected with these vaccines. (Med Jnl of Australia 17/3/1973 p555)

- In 1967, Ghana was declared measles free by the World Health Organisation after 96% of its population was vaccinated. In 1972, Ghana experienced one of its worst measles outbreaks with its highest ever mortality rate. (Dr H Albonico, MMR Vaccine Campaign in Switzerland, March 1990)

- In the UK between 1970 and 1990, over 200,000 cases of whooping cough occurred in fully vaccinated children. (Community Disease Surveillance Centre, UK)

1977, Dr Jonas Salk, who developed the first polio vaccine, testified along with other scientists that mass inoculation against polio was the cause of most polio cases throughout the USA since 1961.

That's real cute. The USA stopped using the live (Sabin) vaccine a year or two ago, because they know it's been causing Polio since it was first instituted back in the early 60's. In recent years Americans were refusing to have their children inoculated, with it, because of the dangers and demanded the dead (Salk) vaccine. Now their foisting it on Africa when they know that it causes Polio. This is totally unforgivable.

The government has done a fairly good job of brainwashing many people into thinking that vaccination is the socially responsible thing to do. Actually, just the opposite is true - vaccination is socially irresponsible and insane. People who willingly take vaccines are deceived.

Doctors are not able to speak freely about vaccinations. Apparently, doctors must discuss vaccine risks and supposed benefits. If doctors were able to tell the truth about vaccines, they'd only tell people about the risks, because there are no benefits. People only get risks and no benefits. Big Pharma gets only benefits and no risks.

You can thank Bill Gates of Microsoft for many of the vaccinations in poor countries. Maybe Mr. Gates should find a way to actually help people build their immune systems, instead of giving people toxic vaccinations.

What would we do without all this enlightening information?   Had there been a Dr. Mercola and an internet years ago so many would have been spared.  

I personally know many people in Europe who contracted the disease as children during WWII, and due to lack of vaccination. However, I am pretty positive that their immunological status considering the war (stress, poor nutrition, lack of doctors) played a major role, and not the fact they didn't receive the vaccine. I will quote Louis Pasteur: "The microbe is nothing, it's all about the terrain. (Fr. Le microbe n'est rien, le terrain est tout)." It's always easy to blame it entirely on the germ.

According to Poulin and DeCaprio of Harvard --- they wrote in 2006 that the earlier detection methods for SV40 were flawed, yielding false positives,  hence, the concern for getting an SV40 type cancer is over-rated, and therefore probably won't happen to us (I say "us" because I was polio-vaccinated during that time period of the 1950's).  Their paper was published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology. Is this the final word on the subject?

Have you heard about post-polio syndrome?  It is estimated that 25-50% of the people who had polio now have post-polio syndrome.  My partner has received that diagnosis, and we don't know what to do.  She recalls that a group of them got sick after swimming in the lake in the spring, but she got better only to get sick again after receiving the vaccine in the fall.

Dr. Mary's Monkey (Mary Sherman, M.D.) was leading developer of polio vaccines containing the monkey virus.  She was found dead with arm and side missing.  The author's father, an M.D. was also on Tulane staff with Dr. Sherman, and the author went back to research this "murder".   Sherman reportedly also headed up secret lab to develop a virulent strain of cancer to kill Castro.  One of the four workers in this lab was Lee Harvey Oswald who reportedly was going to carry the vaccine to Cuba and innoculate Castro.   The book also reports that Jack Ruby said that he had been "given" the "galloping lung cancer" by the gov..perhaps the same virus developed in the secret lab.   The book Vaccine A, by Gary Matumoto, also reveals the terrible effects of the adjuvants...especially with vets.  The terrible auto-immune diseases that the vets incurred from the vaccines is nothing short of criminal.  I have purchased several copies of Matsumoto's book to give to interested parties.  Vaccines cause more illness than they prevent.

It is my understanding, according to Janine Roberts, (you can Google her) that originally  "Polio" was actually caused by pesticides, not a virus.  The pesticides contained organophospahtes (used to make nerve agents in the war) and this is why children would get it in the Summer, when they would consume lots of fruit.  The organophospates are what caused the paralysis, not a virus in the gut!  (Always wondered how a virus in the gut would make its way to the spine).

I don't understand why nobody in "established" medicine or nobody who has a voice has yet made the connection between HIV and the extensive polio vaccinations carried out in Africa during the late '50s, early '60s.  There is a good deal of evidence (see Edward Hooper's widely researched book The River") that the vaccine was cultured in chimpanzee organs, although blatant attempts were made and continue to be made to cover up this evidence and ridicule the theory.  People prefer to believe that the virus was contracted from hunting monkeys when for thousands of years this practice never resulted in the HIV virus emerging in humans. Sadly for us, none of the people who have the power to enable this evidence to be released have the necessary courage, so we remain ignorant of the truth.  Dr Mercola, what do you say?

I'm intrigued by the work of Australian journalist, Janine Roberts, whose historical research suggests that polio is largely caused by chemical pollution.  She points out that polio simply did not exist prior to the advent of agricultural pesticides, at the end of the 19th Century.  The stuff they used in those days was truly horrendous: things like lead arsenate.  Roberts suggests that rich people got polio--actually lead & chemical poisoning--by eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables contaminated with these neurotoxins, while poor people--especially children--were exposed to these same chemicals when they went swimming in the summer.  (It wasn't the mosquitoes; it was what was in the water.)  The agricultural runoff went into the swimming holes, and poisoned the kids.  Roberts also details the amazingly sloppy science and lab procedures that went into Salk's vaccines.

What's going on in Africa now, is hard to say.  Maybe industrial pollution, maybe toxins in the vaccines, maybe a pathogen plays a role.  In the meantime, just Google Janine Roberts to find her article from The Ecologist magazine published online.  (Published in May of 2004, if memory serves, but don't hold me to that.)

I called and emailed the Vaccine Information Center (with whom Joe Mercola has worked) regarding this information.  They ignored me, unfortunately.

Refined sugar is bad, but all toxic chemicals weaken the immune system. Pesticides, herbicides, fluorides, and so on. We have a problem with ALS, MS, Parkinsons, Cancer, etc. Where are all these diseases comming from? Tourette Syndrome, OCD, Autism, Aspergers, Type 1 Diabetes, Asthma, Depression, Bipolar, ADD, and many other diseases are on the increase. Many diseases are the result of vaccination, toxic chemicals, pharmaceutical drugs, heavy metals, and nutritional deficiencies. Of course, we now also have to be concerned about GM foods. Sometimes people are genetically prone to certain diseases, but much of the time people can override their genes with a healthy lifestyle.

I have always heard the link of polio and sugar consumption. I realize that this article is saying it is the "live" oral vaccine that is causing this trouble but I am just curious~can someone tell me if there is a lot of refined sugar in Nigeria?

I just read "The Virus And The Vaccine"  by Debbie Bookchin & Jim Schumacher.  

Dr. Carbone is one of those scientists in the 1990th who was willing to risk his career, as did  Dr. Bernice Eddy. She was ruined for her critical stand in the 1960th ending up in a small lab the size of a linen closet. But she did not give up by this setback.

Nobody in the 60th  really dared to criticize Salk/Sabin for the shortsighted research on side effects at that time.  SV 40 was soaked in Formalin-Formaldehyde together with the polio virus to kill it for Dr. Salks vaccine.  The SV 40 survived that procedere, later causing cancer in many people.  

Dr. Sabin used living viruses, tried to give an antibody to the vaccine-soup against SV 40 and seemed to be an the better way. The Russians and Europeans at least preferred Sabin over Salk - it was a war of ideologies not only between the scientist.  Nobody gave in and only young idealists as Carbone started allover again.

We common folks must insist on answers - so do not stop asking your doctors. And if they do not give you reliable answers go public.   It will give strength to the arguments of young scientists who dare look into the research and possible errors of the older generations and might end  the threat to their careers. You can help them by asking questions.

My mother got polio when she was 27 (before I was born), and that was before the vaccine came out.  My 2 older brothers were toddlers at the time.  My mother almost died, and suffered permanent paralysis (had to use crutches to walk the rest of her life).  My 2 brothers, who were obviously w/her all the time, only became mildly ill and suffered no long-term effects.  Of course, their diet was all the same - lots of sugar in our household!  But, my mother was exhausted at the time she became sick.  So, I'm guessing that, like many other illnesses, the state of your immune system, your stress level, etc, probably has a lot to do w/how sick you become from polio.  We need to take good care of ourselves!!

My mother made me get every vaccine available. I was one of the first to get 3 shots of Salk vaccine in second grade. Then later, she and I were walking through my almost empty high school cafeteria and there were sugar cubes of Sabin live polio vaccine on a long table. We both took one. I remember that nobody was around to see who was taking it. The high school was connected to a grammar school, and any little kid could walk through and eat as many of those sugar cubes as he/she wanted. Now I am old and live in dread of that simian cancer virus killing me.

Exposing to a live virus? That sounds so scary! How do you guarantee that it won't do any harm. If someone takes a blood sample from an infected patient then centrifuge it, separate the virus, and attenuate or sterilizel it, I still wouldn't trust its safety.

My father had polio as a child and he did not get the vaccine. That was about 50 years ago. I don't know which is the best option. Maybe eating healthy and getting enough sunlight is the best option.

If a person gets bitten by a wild animal, is it a good idea to get the rabies vaccine?

Before Salk and Sabin our hospitals had wards of people in "iron lungs" and many walking wounded with serious muscle loss in arms or legs. Polio vaccination ended all of that.

Obviously the current vaccines are not perfect, but if we wait for perfection before trying to find a cure many more people would suffer. The anti vaccination campaign seems ignorant of the real advances and rather hysterical.
