We get blasted by the state run media 24/7 with lies and clever marketing just to control us and compromise our health for profit..  This is paramount to brainwashing the masses for control..  I for one could not be more pleased to have this wonderful Doctor (Dr Mercola) supply me with his wonderful, researched information on a daily basis..  

Is it me or is he not saving lives every day..  He is a great man whom fights the powers that be just to save our health and protect us from the lies of those whom desire to control us for profit..  I consider it an honor to receive his emails dally..  

As far as his marketing, bring it on, this site does less to make a buck than anything I have experienced from other sources..  And the information is SAVING YOUR LIFE FOR FREE!

I'm of the camp that I do not need twice as many emails for the content.  Once a week would be enough, twice I can deal with but not 6.  I might have to cancel, but I don't want to becasue I do like to read some of the articles.  

This is wonderful news, this is my favorite health website and I will always be supporting it.

In the 1930's, Winston Churchill stood almost alone against the rising Nazi threat.  In the 1940's his speeches informed and inspired the British people against this great tyranny.  

With similar courage  and tenacity, Dr. Mercola has been informing and inspiring us about the great tyranny of deceptive and debilitating practices in both the private and public sectors of the medical/pharmaceutical/industrial complex.

He has been on the front lines for us.  We need to support him with both our words and our consumer purchases.

I am a strong supporter of you and what you share and really enjoyed your live event way back many years ago in Toronto where we met.

I thought I would make a couple of suggestions what will be of help...

2 or 3 e-mails with many articles is much better for me than 6 e-mails.

And I can tell that you that it will be likely that the hundreds of people who have joined through me will likely feel the same. A possibility would be to instead survey your list and find out what the majority would like... this would help you and us. After the results are in, for those of us who don't fall into the majority we will have to decide if we remove ourselves or not.

2nd, you may wish to add a suggestions box on your site somewhere... like storefronts have.

I hope these 2 ideas are helpful for you and again I am grateful for your work and leading edge messages. Keep up what you do. You are making a difference!

Dr. Mercola's newsletters are the first messages to be opened, the last to be deleted, and the ones I share the most. Thank you for all your hard work.

Keep up the good work Dr Mercola.  I love what you do.  I don't mind how often you post out your newsletter just as long as I get it.  The information is second to none and I regularly share it with my friends, although some of them need more convincing.

While I greatly enjoy and appreciate the health articles in this newsletter, the "entertainment" is SO often not to my taste that I find myself frequently disappointed, rather than entertained. I wish that we were able to choose whether to receive just a health newsletter, or a health newsletter interrupted by junk we really don't want to see or hear.

Nearly all of us have more than plenty of this stuff from various other sources. Yet I find that I am "obsessive-compulsive" enough that if it is there in the newsletter, I will open it. I wish it were just not there. And now, even more "entertainment" to suffer. Aaaack!

I applaud the expansion of Dr Mercola's newsletter. I am in favor of disseminating this type of information as far and wide as possible, because it benefits EVERYBODY (who has a human body). The only ones who stand to loose are the purveyors of disease, the Medico/pharmaceutical apparatus.

I want to thank you for the information that you provide. It has been tremendouly helpful in managing a number is personal health issue. The universe needs this type of information to that we can make intelligent decisions. Thank you and hopefully this site will endure.

My opinion I felt the emails were fine just as they were you could pick and choose which articles were of interest to you. Now if your gone from your computer any length of time the mail box will fill up twice as fast!

I suppose this is progress, and you are good, Doc.....

But some of us have a life out there which is FULL already. Job, family, kids, friends, a yard, maybe a social life, civic activity -- and politics ---- SOMEBODY has to take responsibility for being a responsible and active citizen.

The basic stuff you publish is very important to me  --- it's knowledge main stream medicine doesn't have or won't tell you about, it's what has kept me going  for 15 years beyond when most people retire, and successfully battling things like RA, CFS and ADD.

What I'm trying to say is that you didn't cut the volume, or make speed reading easier. This was a sneaky way to make it look better. (Based on good psychology, I might add)  But it doesn't help those of us who just want the facts concisely.

Might offer one suggestion --- cut out the "cutesy" stuff like the funny animals.... while I've still got great grandchildren in the baby/toddler stages, I don't need funny animals.  Sure, these things are nice, but don't burden those of us who read for your real value.

I am getting inundated with the newsletter. I much prefered it when it was only three times per week. I don't have the time to read it every day, and it is cluttering up my inbox.

I too love the information provided by Dr. Mercola.  It has changed my thinking in so many ways.

A couple of years ago I had to unsubscribe when I changed my email address.  At that time, I was given the choice (which I did not take) of having a once-a-week newsletter with the most important articles of the week.  Is that no longer available?  

Also, in my opinion, one of the best ways to help readers is to clarify the titles instead of forcing the reader to click into an article that he or she may be totally disinterested in or has read about before.  For example, the one that said "This painful debilitating disease...."  Why do I have to click on it and scroll down to the text in order to find out the subject is rheumatoid arthritis?  That wastes a lot of time.

I prefer 1-3 times a week emails not 6, so what I would suggest is a choice to allow people to choose how many times a week it comes.

I LOVE MERCOLA.COM ~ BUT Getting ANYONE'S emails 6 times a week will be a problem for me. For those educated and aware enough to already know much of what is being written about such as myself, the quality of content should be increased with the QUANTITY decreased. If Dr Mercola wishes to continue pushing for more audience - of neophytes (i.e. those new to alt health) rather than those already educated and looking for truly new advances and insight, then this info overload might be okay. But a choice would be good. And I know there is a choice between the blog and the newsletter - I don't even consider the blog ...that would be like a full time job! When I see the newsletter now, I realize that between the videos and all the articles, many of them with tempting titles but that turn out to be superflous for my own knowledge, I simply can't devote the time necessary to open and start them.

A survey before making the decision would have probably been a good idea if it had been the only article in a special email that those of us who are already overloaded and filing them away for (when?) would have read. As for the entertainment video, it had better not be a prerequisite to viewing the articles, and not advertising, or it will go down like the Titanic. I have read Dr Mercola's recommended book by Brian Tracy - Maximum Achievement (its one of the best spiritual books I've ever read as well as practical) and one of the things learned there is that you have to have priorities with your time, especially regarding emails. I didn't subscribe for entertainment. I have gained a lot from the newsletter, a few of the products, and hope that you consider this as a compliment, Dr M, and take it deeply inside for guidance.

I'll take Dr. Mercola's info any way he wants to send it.  I do check my e-mail every day, and the shorter newsletter works for me.  I'm a curious person who hates to miss anything, but I'm starting to work on skipping the articles that probably aren't pertinent to me.  Of course, some of those do get forwarded to friends that I know might need them.  Keep up the good work, Dr. M.

I like the content of the newsletter but I agree with a few of the earlier comments that getting more e-mails is not an improvement. It means extra actions (more mouseclicks, bad idea). Currently I scroll through an e-mails, 5 or 6 headers, and read what intrigues me, having to open more e-mails to do so is a nuisance, and will probably make me cancel my subscription. I like the idea posted above to opt-in on either a daily e-mail (I won't) or a weekly digest (I will).

Hey! What happened to the comment I posted about 2 hours ago, it was a reply to the first post that already had 4 points, I forgot the poster's name, apparently both have been deleted. This is unacceptable. Please reinstate those two posts since I don't see anything that was wrong with them.

I am grateful for any information I can get from mercola.com, and even if I may not agree with some of it, this site always gets me to thinking about it.  There has been a lot of information that helped me get through some of the issues with my health.

I appreciate Dr. Mercola's great work and love the newsletter, but I am already bombarded with information and six days a week is too much for me. Two or three times a week is perfect for me. I'll have to filter a six-day-a-week newsletter instead of letting it come directly to my inbox. I know there are many who will love the daily newsletter, but there are probably also many who would love the option to subscribe to a weekly digest instead.

Give us an option!! ...once a day ....3 times a week..once a week etc....this is new trend and this is the way to go...to many unwanted e-mails in a universe...as much as i like your newsletter i will consider to cancel - it is too much for me and many others....You guys are great I love what you are doing but please don't spam me.

I don't know Doc? Are you sure a corporate advertising interest didn't talk you into this? As you probably already know, quality reading occures over a period of a week. Daily reading has to be short and shallow because the issues pile up in the in-boxes. A happy medium would seem to be ideal for your type of program.

You can't please all of the people all of the time!!....

Some obviously prefer the changes and others don't.That's life eh?!

My thoughts are that this site is such a great resource, you will find a way to accept the decided changes... if the perceived benefits are of sufficient value to you:)
