The Yellow Pages Association has at long last opened a new site called the "National Yellow Pages Consumer Choice & Opt-Out Site." It contains sections such as "Download Our Sustainability Report" and "The Yellow Pages Directory Facts," but the important section is the opt-out one.
All you need to do is enter your zip code and fill out the registration form. If you're worried about potential spam, you can create a new e-mail account at a free site, just for registration.
