Wish I could email you instead of posting.  One question:  Do you make your own Kefir?  If so, where did you get your starter kit/'beans'?   We want to start making it and could probably make it a science activity for my kids.

Could you give me the exact recipe you use for making bread, as you said in your post?  We have made our own bread, but differently than you do (many ways, I know).  Yours sounds good and I would like to try it.

MS and advanced mercury toxicity symptoms are so similar that at least in some cases they may very well be one-and-the-same condition.  There are heavy-metal screens available, and among other things chelation therapy.  Even high-sulphur foods such as allium-family bulbs (garlic, onions, leeks, etc.) eggs & so forth should prove helpful with elimination, although foods alone are the slow road.  All possible good luck to you with it.

The general rule is the hotter the pepper the better. I would use only a fresh pepper that is freshly grated, unless I was making a tincture. Either way. The best to you. Kelley Together we can cure cancer - one person at a time!
