Thanks for the nice note you sent. I do take melatonin and herbal combinations but nothing helps me. I think I'm going to have to just keep trying new things until I figure out what works. I am figuring out some things that help me sleep. I MUST eat light meals in the evening and my room really needs to be cold---not cool, cold! Thank you for caring.
