I agree with you the commenter was highly technical , After ready his post several times, it appears his point is don’t be zinc deficient and for your blood plasma levels of zinc to be good, you have to have both A and D VITAMINS with your Zinc supplement. That Adams... enzyme which prevents clots doesn’t work when there is a zinc deficiency

Thank you for your reply. Tell me, how do you wash meats? Milk products like cheese and butter, whey powder? Because we 'get some by just breathing' do we need to add on to that? Ingesting through the lung is NOT the same as ingesting through the digestive system. As a (former?) health professional you should know that.
